Great product. Second purchase of these.
Bought this second set for a backup. My original set is still going strong even with electrical tape on the wires from years of use and a cat. Work remote though, so don't want to wait a few days for a replacement if I do goof them up good. Highly recommend these if they are what you are looking for. So light weight you hardly notice them on.

Amazing
I needed a comfort headpiece I started working at home and the logistics orig ones were to tight on the ears, when I came across this product EPOS and the reviews I decided to buy and I tell u they were true the comfort the mic quality and block out noise it so good and I like one ear to be free the connectivity the fit and it's durable, light and so not disappointed at all glad I made the choice I love this. The clarity is superb.

Excellent at first
This worked great for about 6 months. I work in a call center and prefer the one ear style vs the one my company provides with 2 ears. After about 6 months the sound stopped working and headset was not being recognized by the system.

Very, very, very, very, comfortable Downgraded to Didn't pass the smash test Upgrade to 1st headline
This is the most comfortable headset I've worn in the entire sixteen years I've worked from home. I can eat and drink with it on in between incoming calls without being aware of it. At shift end first day wearing it I forgot I still had it on. Can you imagine that? Forgot! I was like wha-- I had originally planned to stash it away in my (also Amazon purchase) Songmics Faux Leather Folding Storage Ottoman Cube within easy reach of my work space as secondary to one I received first, a few weeks ago, client ACD Direct now mandating USB computer headsets, exclusively, in lieu of telephone headsets, but on first day's use of this Sennheiser SC 30 USB headset, I changed my mind in favor of the 'second born' of the two, in spite of both being of exceptionally high quality in communication.Update: Downgraded from 5 to 4 stars since my initial post. Working from home in an apartment building I suspect to have TATs (abbreviation for term I made up for Traffickers Against Taxation) I pack the headset away into a padlockable storage cube before going outdoors in order to guard against defective trade by seeming minions of corrupt (post-1970, mad pleurisy/zombie researching) lady doctors who seemingly don't want anyone (e.g., WAHA, i.e., Work At Home Agent) witnessing duffle bags or the non-degradable like securable bags. being placed in garbage cans/dumpsters during daylight hours and/or seeming stalking, body clean-freak, homeless entering designated apartments for showers/naps/meals . The over stuffing seems to have eventually caused the otherwise perfect mouthpiece to swing loosely instead of staying in place. I know -- no fair reviewing for other than normal wear and tear, but just saying to warn others against like product abuse. If you love this one, then handle with TLC., as it doesn't seem to hold up to abuse. Now I, personally, have to buy another one.Update 2: Oops, badmouthed wrong headset. That was my Agptek HA0071 telephone headset I use for my LiveOps client that didn't hold up to abuse, not the wonderful, wonderful Sennheiser SC 30 USB headset. Making full use of my Amazon video prime membership in between WAHA calls, I've never, ever padlocked the Sennheiser SC 30 USB headset. That is, the Sennheiser SC 30 USB headset is still excellent after all this this time.

Foam padding off gasses, use Sennheiser pc7 instead
My job involves dictating reports for about 2000 hours per year, so mic quality is really important for my. I've tested a lot of headsets. I use the Sennheiser pc7 as my daily driver. Sennheiser mic quality is the best I think. Those headsets are cheap but amazing mic quality. I haven't used this one, it's just sitting in my garage because: the foam padding smells like chemicals... I don't want to be breathing chemicals all day.

Comfortable to wear for long periods
This EPOS headset is a solid choice for office work. Sound quality is good, and the noise-canceling mic really helps in busy environments. It's comfortable to wear for long periods, and the USB connection is simple to set up. The only minor gripe is that the boom mic can feel a bit stiff at times.

This is NOT Sennheiser, and NOT as in the photo
I was expecting a Sennheiser headset, but this is a low cost cheap headset. It is lower cost than Logitech for example. I went to the Sennheiser website to search for it and was wondering why I couldn't find it. Then looked at the photo, and noticed it has Sennheiser (trademark logo on). Then I looked at the one I received and noticed it does not have the Sennheiser logo on. Then I see the one I received said EPOS. Maybe they use a Sennheiser speaker or just stole the name, but this is not Sennheiser product. Amazon provide a link to both EPOS store and Sennheiser store, and those are different companies. I was looking for Sennheiser and specifically not a low cost brand. It comes poorly packaged in a cheap bag, and that made me suspect at first. So I will be returning this and rather get a Logitech or Microsoft that are both much better.
