These are very well made. The longer version comes with 2 wall hooks to help stabilize the pole and the shorter version comes with 1 wall hook. They connect to the wall at the ends and were easy to install. The curtains are easy to place on and off the rod once installed. Both longer and shorter versions come with 2 center poles that connect with a double sided screw connector. I didnt need this for my installations, but could see it as a fail point as it is in the very center of the rod.

I have this for a single window. Unless you have curtains that hang like a shower curtain, little clips to hold the curtain, these have the potential to be a pain. You have to completely unscrew them form the wall to change the curtains. Since I do not plan to change m6 curtains ( or wash them) any time soon I am okay with this. If was a someone who changed their curtains with the seasons ( darker to keep light out in summer) or had kids or pets (need to wash them) I would not be happy with this purchase.It looks good and works for me. I will not buy this rod for others rooms though.

Love the look but was confused on how to get the curtains on and off once it was mounted. I was getting ready to put velcro in my tabs for easy on and off. One review saved me the time. Just unscrew the rods where you joined them together then carefully slide them apart, out curtains in then screw them back together. Not very convenient, but I only take them down a couple times a year to wash them.

Once installed- it's a done deal. Love the rod Had to install on the ceiling cuz no room on each side of window. No other rod has that capability. That being said.. once it is up ... u have no way if changing the curtains unless u remove it using my drill... smh.. that us why I took off a point. But if u don't plan changing the curtains.. then it's a 5 star and we'll worth it.

Easy to install as long as you don’t think you’re above reading the instructions or know what sequence to put up curtains with. Very sturdy and blocks out so much light and noise when paired with high quality black out curtains. Buy these. They’ll turn your bedroom into a dark, quiet, cool spider cave of happy dreams and good night’s rests.

It is always hard ordering this type of item from the internet, because I couldn't feel the weight of the rod, I was worried that this wouldn't be heavy duty enough, but I was wrong, rod it well made and strong enough to hold the heavy panels we needed to hang up. Was easy for my husband to install, although he did use his own screws and anchors. He chose heavy duty anchors and corresponding longer screws to do that because he wanted to make sure things stay in place and because we didn't have a stud to mount into. We are using the Zero Sun blackout curtains - 4 panels, and the are heavy. So far the rod has performed perfectly. Only complaint is that the round ends that mount to the wall were both bent a little bit, we were able to round them out with pliers and once it was up you couldn't tell.

Perfect long rod for our bow window. Extended it 132 inches and it is sturdy with 4 insulating floor length drape panels. Easy to remove and rehang drapes after installation if you wonder about using pocket tabs or adding more clip rings. On good step ladder, one just unscrews the middle portion of rod that rests on middle support bracket, telescope it slightly in and you have access to easily slide drapes off, then extend rod slightly back out of the telescoped portion and rest unscrewed rod back on the bracket until you are ready to reattach. I'm a small person and it was pretty simple.

Fantastically dark room, we love it!!. We can actually sleep in past 7, actually need to set an alarm to get up by 10!!!

We needed something that was 12 feet and this work. It isn't the best quality or the sharpest looking curtain rod but it held up and it fit are needs.

I didn't like how loose the pieces all were on it and the set screws are not a conventional size...I have more tools than the average guy and I couldn't find anything to fit them properly to tighten them so ended up gluing them with an industrial metal adhesive to keep them firm. Kind of an odd assembly of the pieces to begin with. I think the one ring thing that was loose near the end is to hold the curtain grommet near the end of the rod to improve darkening effect. They look pretty good, an industrial sort of appearance and the color matched the room and the curtains pretty well. Would I buy them again, probably not. Would I recommend them to someone else, very unlikely. Am I going to buy something else to replace them with, doubtful. I got them up, the holes are in the wall, it will do.

I liked the first one I ordered so much, I purchased a second curtain rod and replaced one in our house!They look great and super easy to install!

I like the ay there made but one of the attachement was a little dented .. can’t return cause already installed . But it does what its supposed to
