The media could not be loaded. The product is really really good and i'm really satisfied with it. Been using it since many months and just actually got reminded to review it. It is really better than it's price.I've opted for the 1.5TB and the thing is it is very good very portable. Getting 1.5TB in your pocket with all your stuff is just insane.It has a good speed of 100MBps. Yes u heard correct. And sometimes it's greater than that. It goes to 115MBps sometimes. However, depends on your media too what type of media it is. Also don't get confused with mbps and MBps. I'm saying more relevant for what customers look for (as i also got confused).In the down side after months of usage (now), if i touch it on the surface i get cracking sounds but it is working perfectly fine. I guess it is something to do with the plates of the Hard Disk but well it is working so..didn't mind much.The cable is a little small but very good quality. Would suggest to not twist it as it is fiber optics, it could get damaged if you play with it or mess around.Also would really suggest to carry a case for it. You can see couple of cases in amazon which fits it. It makes it a whole lot protective to any potential damage. And it is better to carry it with the cable too.Thanks! (Not sponsored or paid to say this)Hard Disk review:This was the first time I ever used a WD hard disk and was very skeptical about purchasing this product but after a lot of R&D, reading reviews and watching videos I decided to purchase this product.I have been using it for the last 5 months and have used 75% of its capacity, mine came out od the box in as NTFS and you can format it to Exfat to use both in MAC and PC.The Hard disk is very sleek, extra light and highly portable (I strongly recommend buying a case if you're using it on a daily basis, just to be on the safer side)Overall it performs as expected and has decent write and read speeds as advertised...If you want faster write and read speeds I suggest you go for an SSD, I use this mainly for storing my Project files and a couple of games and it works pretty well, no complaints whatsoever.Pros:1. Lightweight, Highly portable, small in size.2. Decent read and write speeds good for data storage and games. (tested on USB 3.0)3. It comes with a warranty for 2 years hence you can use it without hesitation. ( Warranty available on internal faults only not on physical damage beware!)4. It makes no noise at all as compared to older generations of Hard disks.5. It does not heat at all (even after using for 20 to 24 hours straight!)Cons :1. Due to its lighter weight, it feels a bit fragile and it feels like it might break if you drop it. (This doesn't mean that the build quality is bad but I recommend you to get a case for it if you're using it daily)2. The hard disk wire port feels a bit weird as it is not firm and moves a bit when we plug in the wire into the hard disk,can be a manufacturing defect but it feels weak.3. The cable provided is of high quality but a bit short, needed at least a meter of length, but never mind we can purchase one outside and is fairly cheap.Overall the HDD performs very well and meets the expectations of the consumer, also the price to performance ratio is extremely well and as this is a 1.5 TB hard disk, this adds a great value for money!
