Overall great product.
I bought the 5 pound set first. I had an extremely physical job and recently took a less physical position and wanted to still (semi) challenge my body. I'm no sissy so I bought the 5 pounders. The weight is not an issue. However, I am usually in small, awkward spaces and they are super bulky and I decided I couldn't wear those to work as eventually they're going to get caught on something (already happened) and I will fall flat on my face and have to fill out a workman's comp file that will be embarrassing and lengthy. So I bought the 3 pounders. They're perfect and I wear them every day. After 8+ hours they tend to start chaffing the backs of my ankles (I wear ankle socks and I hate high top socks with a passion!!!!) So until the backs of my ankles build up callouses 8 hours is my limit

Perfect for dance class
These weights are exactly what my daughter needed for her dance classes. They stay on through many leaps and turns, and she says they are very comfortable.

Loooove them!!!! The only thing is that if you have a big ankle it may feel a bit tight. But I have chicken legs so it works for me.

They’re samller than I thought but I think the weight is perfect for my daily wearing. Most for running, walking and workout. Probably I’ll wear them for hiking too. I tried wearing them all day long, but I felt my ankles hurt a little bit the second day I put them on.
