Better than Wineguard router for RV
Outstanding little router for an RV, very powerful and versatile with the included app. Tested excellently on Cellular SIM 4G LTE and 5G, Phone Tethering and Repeater for external Wi-fi when attached to my Wineguard 5G antenna. You need the correct adapters and cables to go from this to Wineguard antenna - 4 SMA male and 1 RP-SMA male with the other ends tiny Female MCX. I 3D printed a custom enclosure to attach it to the ceiling, but it has a nice mount if you don't mind seeing wires. Has ethernet of course for Starlink antenna if you need that also.

Great option for the balance of price, performance, and stability.
So far so good. Using this router as SIM card only and it's pretty stable. Setup was straightforward if you follow the directions.

Easy setup and works great!
Just installed and so far it’s working great. Can stream multiple devices on wireless network with 18GPS down (per Ookla). Here is what we did. Went to AT&T where we have a postpaid plan with unlimited data. Got an additional line and a SIM card set up for Android devices. Downloaded GLiNet for the Spitz Plus and created an account. Connected cell phone to cellular gateway as my router. Went to 192.168.8.1 on web browser. Set up the cellular gateway as a wireless extender of the existing router. This gave me Internet access. Made sure the firmware was up to date (it was). Put new SIM card in slot 1. Set up the cellular connection. Disabled the extender setup & tested with just the cellular active. It took a few minutes but it got connected and works great. Fairly easy. One note: I couldn’t get the cellular gateway to work hard wired to the existing router. But wireless to the existing router worked fine.

Will not maintain a connection to ATT and I live in an area where it is strong.
I'll revise this after I speak with support or hear from them. I just got this and it does not maintain a connection. I've been through the setup twice and still the same problem. The nano sim was just purchased and installed from AT&T so that's probably not it. I've purchased this because of NETGEAR hotspots can't stand up to hot room temperatures. I'd ove to hear from anyone who has had this and found a correction. Update, no response from support and I need this. Returned it and will look elsewhere. ATT sim card not recognized.

A lifesaver for the Maine woods!
I live in rural Maine and desperately needed a backup internet solution for when the power and cable inevitably go out. My cellular service is weak at best—usually just one bar of 4G LTE if I balance my phone in an upstairs window. I placed this router in that same window and the difference was night and day. The skies parted, the angels sang, and I had a perfect, strong signal right out of the gate! I’m getting a flawless 20Mbps, and the internal Wi-Fi range is impressive. The unit itself is heavy, well-built, and comes with all the necessary mounting hardware. Highly recommended for anyone in a weak wireless zone! Also great price!

Fully featured 4g/5g router.
I bought this router because I have a remote cabin and Wanted a way to keep in touch to monitor power and cameras. It needed to be able to work with google fi which is my carrier and it does. I also needed it to reboot automatically if power goes out and comes back again and that works as well. It does both 4g and 5g and allows ip address assignment based on mac address of the device which allows me to connect to specific devices. In order to connect to services provided by cell service, it needs to be able to connect automatically to my OpenVPN server so I can place inbound connections - i have not tried that yet. The only thing that concerns me is the amount of power it uses since my cabin is solar powered and I don't want it to drain my batteries at night - we'll see.

Cellular + Satellite gateway with automictic failover
This router has been a fantastic addition to my camper van setup. I use it for wireless and internet access of all my voice control devices and other gadgets in the van The ability to seamlessly switch between my T-Mobile SIM cellular service and my Starlink mini satellite is a exactly what I am looking for, as it means I don't have to constantly change the Wi-Fi access point for my devices. I have T-Mobile set as the primary and the Starlink as a repeater for failover, so it automatically switches to the satellite when there's no cellular signal. I want to save on data usage with my Starlink plan. The router works great with T-Mobile's 4G bandwidth and switches between the two connections flawlessly. The only thing to remember is that it takes a minute or two to boot up, so you need to wait for all the indicator lights to come on before it's ready to go. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a cellular+satellite gateway with automictic failover function.

We recently sought a solution for a project. We discovered GL.iNet, whose products are not only feature-rich but also incredibly user-friendly. When we reached out to see if their hardware would suit our specific needs, they immediately scheduled a technical consultation for us. We were fortunate to work with Alen Li, who took the time to truly understand our challenge. Instead of a quick fix, he provided a more robust and effective solution. I cannot praise Alen’s problem-solving skills and work ethic enough. I highly recommend GL.iNet products; if you run into any hurdles, rest assured that Alen and the tech team are there to help

I was using an S22 as a hot spot in my house for several months - being very poor reception in home (night time at best was 25mbit DL and anything from 1-4mbit UL with constant hang up and lag spikes). Got sick of that and so I decided to buy the GL X2000 Spitz 4G modem router and paired with a set of Mopchamp 5G Antennas (45deg Mimo config on roof) (which also work perfectly on the 4G networks in Australia). I don't have an exact line of sight to tower but was able to roughly align using GPS and compass and fine tune manually with very incremental adjustments. The result is fantastic. I get a stable 60mbit DL and a 20mbit UL. The routers Wifi-6 is also fantastic. I get full bar's in the home in any area through multipme walls - it's very good in that respect. The router also allows band locking to LTE networks and preferential band allocations.

Je l'ai essayé pour le moment comme répéteur sur mon terrain extérieur qui est de quelques km. A certains endroits, je ne pouvais pas avoir de signal. Avec ce routeur je peux avoir la tv sans problème. Très satisfait pour le moment!
