Pretty cool stuff. It’s totally clear and looks like a harder gel. I used a cheap Wet and Wild Brush to apply. But it goes on feeling like a very soft and light powder. Totally clear. Seems to blur my pores a little also. And it works. Shine free!!!! A little seems to go a long way also! It seems to not need a lot to get the effect. I used it golfing. I should have been a shiny mess but nope, my skin stayed and it seemed to help my makeup last too!

I've always had oily skin as young as age 8, which is now oily to combo as I've gotten older. Ever since I began wearing makeup in my early teens, I've tried probably hundreds of mattifying and oil-absorbing products by now. I wasn't sure about this one, but I took a chance and glad I did! I only use this over my foundation when I get oilier in the afternoon. I blot my face first like I always do, then sweep a small fingertip sponge over the product and lightly pat it over my nose and face -- no wiping or rubbing. Spectacular, it indeed takes the shine away without caking or settling into my pores and lasts hours more, better than powder! I do like the texture as an alternative to powder, no powder fallout from a brush or worrying about the cake breaking apart if I drop it or when I get down to the bottom of the pan. Please don't stop making this, buying backups just in case!

This stuff is ah-mazing!! I struggle with most powder makeup, it looks cakey and "fake" on me. This jelly to powder stuff doesn't, its fun to use and look at in its compact lol. Its clear, like a clear firm jello, you rub your finger across the surface a few times and then swipe it on. I use it around my nose where I get greasy. Woke up this morning feeling super oily there and swiped some of this on, that was hours ago and it still has a semi matte look and feels super soft smooth, it "ate" all the oil away. As best as I can describe the look of this on my face is "smooth natural skin", you cant see it, your skin just looks nice. And yes, it blurs pores too! I use this over primer and a liquid highlighter, liquid bronzer mix that i put all over my face, it should work no issue, with foundations. I plan to get backups of this stuff!

Bought this after seeing it on the today show and I am so disappointed the actual amount that comes in the container. It is less than half way full when you open it and it does not last long. I do like the way it feels and works but it was almost like it was an empty container or used and then sold as new.

Does not really control the shine on my face. I used a brush, my fingers and a sponge to apply under and over my makeup and I still got break through shine. If I use my over my makeup there is some separation of the makeup and it starts to look weird if a light touch is not used. I would not purchase again.

It controls shine and makes your skin feel very soft. Did clog my pores a bit. Great price point but I’m not going to use during the summer months to control shine
