Great workout
A great core workout and also good to improve your balance. It took some getting used to getting on and off it. My 8 year old grandson loves it too. He has no trouble getting on and off it.

Amazing product!
I NEVER write reviews, but I've been on a weight loss journey since October 2024. I purchased this on Amazon after seeing it go viral on tiktok (I don't really trust the tiktok shop) And let me just say YOU WILL SWEAT YOUR BUTT OFF. It's an amazing work out tool. I just turn on an episode of whatever I'm watching, and go. I've lost almost 50lbs (not from this) but it really helps you keep moving and tone everything you want toned. 10/10. The resistant bands are cool, but I wish they stretched a little more. That's a me problem though lol

Sturdy and easy to operate
This is my second Merach purchase and it WILL NOT be the last (my other Merach is the 4D vibrating plate). 2 for 2 the Merach brand is sturdy and I feel very safe and comfortable on their units. The waist twister does not disappoint, it is easy to twist but it does take a bit to get balanced and used to it. The instructions recommend being next to something to steady yourself to get on/off the unit, I too recommend this, if for nothing else than peace of mind and security. I hope you enjoy it!

Overpriced, but Result Driven.
Took away a star for the upraised grooves, hurts bare feet. I could notice a difference after a week’s usage!

Off-gassing nightmare!
I received mine and was excited to get to using it! After a few days, the room we had it began to have an unusual smell- like chemicals or maybe plastic. Having inspecting everything in this room we came to realize it was this item. It was also the only new thing added to the room. I believe the plastic on it specifically is what is off- gassing. It gave me a headache and my cat vomited after laying next to it for a few minutes. We put it outside on our patio for two weeks before finally having to throw it away. It just continued to smell. It took two more weeks to get the smell out of the room it had been in.

Missing tension knob
I like the ab twister itself and think it's made decently, but like I've seen in other reviews, mine is missing the tension knob. I've looked all over and cannot find it, so I don't think it was included. Without it, there's not much stability, and stepping on and off of it is tricky.
