Not for active people
Difficult to use, use of buttons is a problem. Tends to leak if active. Probably OK for the bedridden. I tried it for a week then threw it away... Generaly ill fitting.

Two person job ...
This system works GREAT! My issue is that my husband is kind of chubby around the waist and the elastic strap, while it fits, is quite tight and leaves a red indention on his skin. Getting this on is a two person job so if the man who needs it cannot hold it in place while you get all the attachments taken care of the job is difficult and time consuming.
