Japanese Candy Set Dagashi & Snacks Assortment 40 Pieces

This was a Christmas gift and it was a huge hit. It was so well received that it has been requested for this year's birthday gift.

My daughter has been loving this box of snacks. Some of the items are not so tasty lol but still fun and just as described.

When I read that it was a candy box, I assumed everything was going to be sweet, I was wrong. I got it to share with friends and we had a lot of fun trying different things and trying to guess if they were going to be savory or sweet or in some cases even what it as we were about to try. A good way to try new things

Great assortment of Japanese candy

This is definitely a product that I would buy again! Very good value for money, it was due to arrive in over a week so it was a surprise to have it arrive so early! The only downside is, it’s all in Japanese with no way of knowing what everything is, I tried doing google translate but it struggles on the packaging, though most of it you can tell by looking at it.

I sent these to my Anime / Cosplay / Japanese crazy daughter at University as a surprise.She phoned us up as soon she got them because she was sure it was me that sent them but wanted to be sure before she opened anything! She said some of the packaging was less than clear as to the contents, she said she didn't want to consume something without being sure of the sender! I am very proud of my sensible daughter!Anyway back to the Dagashi! She is super happy with the box and its contents and is going to take her time over eating them, we have only seen them on the Alexa show but there is certainly a great variety in there!This was one of the best sub £25 presents I have ever sent her!If you know anyone who likes the same things one of these will blow their mind!My only gripe is it took nearly a month to come, direct from the land of the rising sun, this is not fulfilled from the UK. Whaich at least means everything has a decent use by date on it, worth the delay I would say. HTH

Arrived less than a week after I ordered it so far quicker than I expected. Has a really good selection of sweet and savoury and when it says there are multiples I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they were all different flavours so there weren't really any true doubles of anything unlike with some other Japanese snack boxes I have recieved before which cost far more than this box so this box for me has far better value. I would definitely order a box again from the seller in the future. Thank you :)

The packaging came very secure and wrapped in an airtight layer of plastic. It had various flavours of sweet and savoury snacks which were very nice although there were 3 duplicates which were fine.I wish there was a translation sheet of all the products inside as that would be very useful and should definitely be looked into and a lot of the 'sweets' were kind of small.It's ended up coming around 2 weeks early which was very pleasant, I've tried 5 so far and most of them I have liked except for one of the jellys which tasted off but it wasnt past sell by date.Anyone one who is allergic to nuts or who doesn't eat meat should take caution because there are a couple of items which do contain meat and nuts.

I love trying random sweets and snacks from other countries and these are perfect.There’s a good selection in there and I really do think you get your money’s worth as well. Only problem is if you’re a frequent repeat buyer (which I am) and the smaller sweets are a bit boring.As a one off you will absolutely love these, as repeat purchases there’s a few sweets you’ll not be interested in though.
