Perfect for Small Dogs — Installed in Minutes and Works Great
I installed this pet door insert in my sliding patio door and overall I’m really happy with it. The frame feels solid, and installation was straightforward — it took me about 3 minutes, and I didn’t need to modify the door at all. The flap is sturdy but still easy enough for my 14-lb dog to push through after a short learning period. I also appreciate that the insert can be removed if needed, which makes it flexible if you ever want to take it out. I was also glad to see it seals well once adjusted. A couple things to consider: you do lose a little bit of door width when the panel is installed, and getting a tight seal around the edges may take some patience depending on your door type. Once adjusted, though, it works well. Overall, this solved the constant “open the door for the dog” problem and has absolutely been worth the purchase.

Easy installation!
Fits perfect on our screen door. Keeps the flies out and our Pup loves the fact that he can now go outdoors whenever he wants. Very happy with this purchase!

Great quality but issue with fit and overlapping mesh panels
My screen door height was 93 5/8 inches and the track was less than 1 inch, so I purchased a Medium door and one black extension. However, I found that the height was still not enough, and I need one more extension. I also noticed another issue — the overlapping area between the top and bottom mesh panels is quite thick (about 1 inch), so the sliding screen door cannot fully close when the pet door is installed. 😔 Anyway, the quality was great, but unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me, so I returned it.

Flap is Flimsy. But an okay door insert.
We have used this door for our dog for about a month now. She is used to having a doggy door and backyard but we recently moved into an apartment with a patio. We wanted to offer here the same as before. The overall idea of this is amazing! It's a great fit with the sliding door. I did have to add some extra window weather strip to keep some draft points out but that was expected. It's adjustable and fits pretty snug as you want it. Easy to install. A few cons: The flap is magnetic but doesn't really stick so the flap blows like crazy depending on the weather and does let bugs in. I have found a way to block it during times when she doesn't need it, but a more sturdy swinging door like a hard plastic would be better. The second con is that the windows side out to allow air flow like a screendoor but once isntalled, one of the sliding pieces won't come out without resizing the door temporarily to pull it out. That's not very efficient. Our sweet girl only has a short time left with us, so we wanted to try and give her what she knew, so it's working for us, but next time, I'd look for door that has a more sturdy, hard plastic flap.

So worth the money!
Our sliding glass door is an odd size, and finding something to fit and accommodate our dogs has been tough. Then we came across this product. It's so nice to have it. Not only does it allow our dogs to go in and out as they please, but it has screens to allow the air to come in, but not the bugs LOL The color and material are perfect for us. The collapsible frame allows us to remove it when we don't need it easily and put it back in when we do. The locking portion to keep the panel stretched to fit our door is stable and has yet to fail us in the time we've used it. It's sturdy even against the wind we've gone through here. We are very pleased and would highly recommend.

Its fine...
Bought 2. Not very easy to adjust. 2 of the clear panels were cracked. But it took me forever to install them so I cant return. The flap is pretty thick though. Sizing is fine. Not very secure. The dogs find it easy to assess and use it.

Adjustable in height and is great quality
Great quality, looks exactly like my screen door. I can remove the flap altogether to start my cat off to get used to the change, and I can screw it back on easily. The screen is adjustable in height to fit all size doors. I recommend this dog/cat door.

I hope your little dog is strong and not a scary cat like mine
I was very disappointed when I finally got it. I was really looking forward to getting it. It took a little longer than expected. When I got it, the box was bang up. But that was not the problem, the problem was that actual door insert was damaged and broken. So I had to send it back. Which made me lose time and gas money. The two stars are because if it wasn’t damaged, it looked like a nice door insert. The flap door seemed a little heavy for my scary cat dog that is not used to it.
