NOW Solutions, Arnica Soothe Massage Gel, Calming and Relaxing, Soothing Scent, 2-Ounce

I use and recommend arnica for bruising. This formula contains vitamin K so in my experience, bruises and pain go away faster with this formula than with regular arnica. It’s also useful as a massage gel (but a little pricey to use on large areas).To me, the scent is a little “huh?” at first (pepperminty) but when the gel is dry, it’s a nice scent. Oh and speaking of drying: don’t over-apply the gel, & rub it in well. When I didn’t, it left a flaky film on my skin. That was easy enough to rub or wash off, but it told me I was using too much!

I have been using this product for pain for years. I have injured multiple joints and find this works extremely well and relieving pain and swelling. Sometimes I mix this with regular Arnica cream for deeper absorption. I used to be able to find this in my local store but can only find it on Amazon now. Would highly recommend anyone with muscle and join pain to give this product a try.

Good product if aching from exercise or any kind of over doing it.

Have used this for several months and can tell a difference if I miss a few days. Good product and appreciate how it helps my minor arthritis in my hands.
