The only and best company with the “mother” in it. Better than yogurt for sure. DdddYou can use it for hair, body and cooking. Also decreases insulin in the body. Taste great! I usually get large size but it was so small. I don’t remember seeing ounces, missed it somehow. Con: the bottles were small. I guess I can use it in traveling

I have been using this vinegar for quite a few years, and I find it an excellent choice to add to salads, marinate meats, add to soups, etc. It has a very good tangy taste that, without being overpowering, hits the perfect level of acidity. This vinegar is unpasteurized and unfiltered, and contains the apple "mother", which as it turns out, is that sediment that you can observe in the bottle which appears made of a cloudy stringy substance, and which is composed of good stuff. I can't claim to be certain about the supposed health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar in general (and of this vinegar in particular), but it has personally served me well, and I will continue using it. The only downside is that this specific brand tends to be more expensive than the rest, but thankfully Amazon seems to offer more competitive prices than your usual market store.
