Very brief for the money
I am a big admirer of the work of Eric Franklin and all products. This is more of a pamphlet though and is not really worth the money. If it was less than £5 it would be fine.

Liberate your neck & shoulders
These slim little volumes of Franklin Method magic are fantastic. I have almost all of the Franklin Method books and I haven't seen any of the exercises in this book anywhere else. I love how thoroughly the exercises cover the shoulder and neck and rib area, and it's so amazing to feel how spacious your body is after just a couple Franklin Method exercises. It's really incredible how simple movements and breathing on balls can make such a difference in how your body feels.I definitely get that it's an investment to purchase the books and the balls, but I feel like it's worth it. For me, when I've got a trigger point somewhere, that knot holds me in an uncomfortable alignment. I could pay for a massage or physical therapy session, but instead, I can use some Franklin Method to relieve the tension and feel better, quicker. And cheaper, in the long run. Plus, getting out knots before going to physical therapy allows my therapist to get deeper in and fix issues that are causing the trigger point to begin with. I also feel like I get more out of strength training when my muscles are relaxed.I highly recommend this book and any Franklin Method product!

A better deal is Elaine Petrone's Miracle Ball Method
Although this booklet is well presented and good exercises, I agree with the review that it is too pricey. Secondly, the Franklin balls are difficult to find locally. Thirdly, the cost of shipping the balls to Hawaii is almost the same as the price of the balls. In my opinion, this booklet (just too small to call a book) packaged with any or all of the balls mentioned would be an ideal way to market it. I would not recommend buying the book especially if you do not have easy access to acquiring the balls/rolls. I also found that The Miracle Balls (Petrone, The Miracle Ball Method) that also came with a wonderful book could be used for many of the Franklin exercises. (You can read my review on The Miracle Balls for further information.)

I did not like receiving an damaged product
The ball arrived with an puncture.I took it to my Pilates instructor to be filled with air. We did not put much air in it. It has since then burst. I did not like receiving an damaged product. Now I need a new one.
