Floyd Rose Floating Tremolo Set Up Blocks - Trem Wedge (Luthier Set 1/4" - 3/4")

Well made precision tools that feel good to use and do EXACTLY what they advertise every time... yes they are tiny blocks of wood that but they are VERY well made and I expect them to last virtually forever... if I use them enough to wear them out I will be surprised and happy to buy another set too.

I bought this product at the end of October as I watched the SkyScraper Guitars video on how to set up my Floyd Rose. Originally, I could not get it to work. I sent an email and the owner replied back. We just got off of a video call and he walked me through the process and helped me set up my guitar. The bridge is perfect, the guitar stays in tune, and I could not be happier!!!!! Customer Service and standing behind your product are a must in my opinion. Found this product via the associated YouTube video which describes it's use. Without it, changing string gauge or tuning on a guitar with a floating tremelo is a long, painful, and frustrating process. With these little carefully made blocks of wood, it's NOTHING. It's positively easy, and it just flat works perfectly every time. A great example of a product that is simple in concept, but deceptively brilliant in execution.

Works fantastically, only reason for 4 is the cost for it. Should be a lot cheaper.However it does exactly what it’s supposed to, no more guessing on Floyd’s rose alignment

Makes life easier when working with alternate tunings on a floyd.

This is an amazing product and anyone who owns a guitar with a floating bridge should own a set

I can’t give this product enough praise. I’ve fought with a floating Floyd Rose for years, sometimes for hours at a time just trying to get it balanced and tuned. I’ve never had the bridge perfectly level, replacing strings was a nightmarish thought, and even changing string gauge or brand was out of the question.I saw this product in a youtube video from the manufacturer. I followed along with the video and on the first try, in less than 15 minutes, I had my guitar restrung, in tune, and with a perfectly level bridge. I’m still shocked at how easy it was to do, and if I could give this six stars I’d do it in a heartbeat.

My EVH came from the factory set up for dive-only. I'd never owned a Floyd Rose-equipped guitar until now and Skyscraper Guitars was one of the top Google search results when I was looking into how to do a setup. With a new set of strings installed, stretched, and up to pitch, it only took me maybe 10 minutes to get the trem spring tension dialed in for a full float.This is a set of 4 blocks in different sizes which will definitely come in handy down the road on future guitars or if I ever get around to upgrading the EVH-branded Floyd Special's poor excuse for a sustain block.
