I like 3 things about these (the single use packets)1. The ingredients: Cane sugar, ginger, honey, glucose.2. They stop my coughing3. They taste good, consistently.I have lung issues which are aggravated if I cough a lot. So, when that happens, I immediately grab one of these packets, and the cough stops. During the winter, I will also crave these few times. So, a box lasts me about a year...unless I get sick more that year. I no longer buy any cough syrup or need any Rxs when I cough. So, I like these. I have given them to others, with good responses on the flavor, too.

Luv this as a fall drink in lieu of coffee on some mornings. Ginger has many medicinal properties. The ginger has a kick to it; perfect when you are feeling under the weather or on a cool/cold day. Add a fresh lemon slice or even melt a cough drop in it. This is probably my third or fourth season enjoying this drink! Does the job in breaking up phlegm, easing respiration with a cold or getting energy fired up in the morning.

Works an tasty

Spicy like real ginger, sweet like real honey. Well, sugar and honey. Mixes quickly even into cold water. Helps appetite. We need to try it longer to be able to tell if it helps us with migraines and nausea. Ginger helps others for sure. Expiration date for first box was two years out. If we buy more, it will probably move closer, to six months, seems like many things and brands we have tried so far do this here.Any Ginger is strong, might burn a bit on sore throats. This brand is Expensive, almost a buck a glass. Ginger and honey powders mixed together might be cheaper. Box was a bit crushed, but wrapper seemed fine. Packets inside were perfect.Buying supports a charity for sick children in China. Ebt will pay for the powder in USA.

I use this alone, in my ginger/jujube/Goji berry evening tea, in my matcha and regular Assam tea Chai, in marinades and sauces for stir-fry, and finally, in baking: spice cake, ginger/spice and chai cookies AND in some “blondies” I make with a ginger/Cardamon/cinnamon spice topping.I can’t brag on this enough! I live in a rural area, and I don’t drive (legally blind), which limits me to one store. They RARELY have ginger root. So, I started experimenting with crystallized ginger and freeze-dried ginger from Amazon. The former often showed up covered in mold. The latter, every one I tried-was tasteless. These crystals were PERFECT! They have the zing, with just enough honey, it doesn’t bother me to put it in a stir fry. GREAT Product!

It really helped me get over whatever was trying to get me lol. The ginger is strong! And it dissolved instantly.

This ginger tea is really really good I’d give it more stars if I could a lot of crystals. I love the personal card thing. Love it..was not expecting to like it this much I will def order more
