I opted to try this out because of the good reviews and it had the resistance bands with a lower cost than the brand name ball. It was a mistake unfortunately. Right out of the box, the construction feels inferior and unreliable, with the visible screws and flex when standing on the base.I pumped it up per instructions, attached the cables, and it snapped off and hit me in the face.No way I am going to trust this to not explode during a situation where I would have faceplanted instead of just getting slapped. I am really happy I wear glasses because you don't always anticipate being assaulted by an exercise ball.Just ordered the name brand one. Waste of time and dangerous.

So far so good. This is a very comprable product to the bosu. My only complaint with this was that it was supposed to come with an instruction manual and it came with nothing, not even directions on how to inflate it. Otherwise I'm very satisfied and it was half the price of a bosu.

As good as a bosu and cheaper 😁 I bought it to help me recover from an injury and it helps. I use it to improve my balance. Specifically; squats and single leg squats.

Delivered quickly, well packaged and easy to assemble. Bought for son to do some off ice training during the summer months. Seems fairly robust so far.

Bought to help my son recover from ACL repair. But unfortunately the balance ball doesn’t stay inflated and have to get pumping up every time he uses it.
