Ich benutze es vor und beim Laufen. Hatte vorher das Gel war auch OK aber das Pulver ist besser.

Ich habe das mir bekannte, sehr gute und oft gekaufte Produkt MIT Koffein bestellt - aber die ohne erhalten. Ich war für alle Varianten (retour, Austausch, Gutschein, Geld retour...) offen. Dieser Händler (Womanda) reagierte überhaupt nicht

Wird nur bei Rennen oder Sehr starken Belastungen benutzt ‚ Wegen der Coffeinwirkung, die bei nicht Kaffeetrinker nochmal stärker ist !

i had these a few years ago for the gym.. could find them for awhile then came up on amazon same great taste and same job. i have fibro and chronic pain now i needed something to help with my physio but monster started not working and giving me headaches. so i got these. brilliant for physio. one a day and only in daytime.
