It says no salt added and 0 mg of sodium but than says this is not a sodium free food in the description? Does anyone no why??

I think garbanzo beans inherently contain sodium, but not enough to register an amount. And no salt is added. I eat these everyday, and bc they’re unsalted, my little dog loves sharing a few of them too.
