No, the cream is not greasy. It’s quite therapeutic for aching feet, or, if your looking for a quality foot cream. The product doesn’t necessarily have a fragrance and makes your feet feel luxurious. It’s an awesome foot cream. I use it at night prior to bed. It light, and makes your feet feel wonderful! No grease!

It does not give the amount or percentage on the ingredients list. Questions #877-588-3700. I will say this product works great with continuous use.

Q: Manufacturer: What kind of urea is in this product? Apparently hydroxyethyl urea is considered safe; the other 2 kinds release formaldehyde.

The label does not specify. It only states "urea".
