Nice little house
Edited to add: Much of the furniture pieces, especially the chairs, are very delicate and there is no way to just buy the furniture again. Be ready to replace tiny cracked pieces with wooden sticks. In general I am happy with the quality of the wood pieces of the walls and floors and the size is just what I wanted. If you like complicated 3d puzzles, you might enjoy this. The music box plays some pretty music. I am glad I got the instruction book in English with lots of photos.I took off a star because the lights didn't work. I even went on youtube and found a tutorial. I will replace it with fairy string lights. There really isn't a kitchen. Just what seems to be a counter with an oven(?) that is placed by the front entrance and under the stairs, and that is needed to hide the battery pack for the lights. And there is no toilet in the bathroom. Just an adorable tiny tub. I'm going to print out a false door for a "water closet", instead of an actual little toilet, and place it on the wall where the music box is.There really isn't a kitchen. The imaginary people who live here order take out alot... haha. And as for the people, my son will lend me some of his lego people. Even those seem too big for this scale but it would be fun anyway. That's the whole point of crafts like this, to have fun.

Cute but in some ways Disappointing
The media could not be loaded. I am an experienced, though clumsy, tiny house builder. I've completed 8 full size kits and two of the tinier "box theaters". This house was the most involved as it required more electrical wiring - naturally, since it has more lights. However, the instructions have you installing and building in a frustrating, piecemeal fashion. For instance, first you build a light and then you build a random cabinet. And then you build a random wall. Now install light on ceiling. I would have preferred to build and wire the entire house before building any other items. Because the instructions do not have you doing this, it is sometimes difficult to know the purpose of your actions. Frustration ensued when I tried to carefully remove the flooring paper from the bedroom because my lighting tape for the first floor was visible as a bump on the bedroom balcony. After I completed the project, I realized I did not have to destroy the floor because the bump location was covered by a little table anyway. Perhaps this information will help you .I also include a video that shows the difficulty in winding the music box. However, most frustrating of all, the wall that is supposed to conceal the battery does not close completely. It will not close because there is a huge amount of wiring that is concealed in that box. I would suggest not gluing in the kitchen cabinets on the opposite side until almost the end of the project. This may solve the space problem. I would suggest this kit for a more advanced builder. Plus I wish the colors matched better.

Wiring is a Nightmare But the Rest Is Easy
Don't let that scare you though as the rest of the house is pretty easy. It looks great, but trying to wire and connect it all is a nightmare. You will need a pair of wire strippers for sure. Where they put the battery pack isn't convenient either especially as they want you to put a table in front of the door. All the wiring fits underneath the floor and once you put the house on the stand there isn't a way to get to it. I managed to get all the lights working but it was a challenge. If you don't want to wire the house you don't have to.The rest of the kit is fabulous and is super easy to make. Take your time with the wire decorations like the main chandelier, the porch swing and the candelabra.

Overall 4 stars_ 1:24 Scale_Great for Experienced Miniaturists
I had to comment on the great quality of both the wood pieces for inside furniture and outside frame of house, plus the full colored instructions in English and patterns too. This company gets a 10+ on all of these aspects. The paper was bent so I had to flatten the paper accessories . I wish I had paid attention to the 1:24 scale as this is a very challenging scale to work with . This would not be a good set for beginners and after finishing the project I’d give it 4.5 stars... The wiring was a HUGE challenge but I was successful.

Fun project
I was excited to start my house, but the papers inside were damaged. After a bunch of emails back and forth the company made it better. Now I'm able to finish my house. Very challenging, but fun. Will definitely buy another when this one is complete.

Cute!
A few tiny missing pieces nothing to important. Looks better if you set house on felt instead of cheep shiny grass looking paper.

Excellent Product!
I would definitely recommend it for anyone who can use a hot glue gun or gorilla glue. My daughter said it wasn’t easy to do but she’s been doing miniature houses for over 2 years and she has gotten better at doing these, she is currently finishing up a miniature mansion. Congrats to anyone that finishes their house! (Tip: follow the instructions and don’t skip anything)
