Great sleep aid
It works really well. I am getting a full night's sleep, and I like the fact that it has no melatonin.

They don’t work for everyone..
Just got them..Used them 2 nights in a row.. They made me start yawning right after I took them.. But they did not put me to sleep,. I was awake all night…both nights.. I need sleep.

Pills work WELL
The pills work well with balancing mood and stress. Still, I ordered at the end of 6/2025, they arrived on 7/2/2025 and the pills EXPIRE ON 7/31/25. Terrible. I bought more from Walgreens & the expiration is NEXT year.

Did not help at all!!!
I saw this commercial with our quarterback, Josh Allen. I should have realized it was just a job for Josh; but, I stupidly believed what he said about Natrol. I’m sure he doesn’t have any sleeping problems. Well,, just like all the other sleeping aids I have tried, this one was the worst. I would get about 2 hrs of sleep and was unable to fall back to sleep. Another bottle to be disposed of 😕

Total waste of money, didn’t work at all
Product did absolutely nothing for me. Took the two tablets and never went to sleep. After four hours of still being awake I decided to just stay up, I never felt sleepy. Tried twice that’s enough for me. A complete waste.
