This item was great as far as the benefits and Aroma. But the balm sits on a small retractor inside the bottle and the plastic that holds the balm tends to retract very easily and you can't balm yourself anymore. Then you have to use another tool to dig the rest of the balm out. I hate doing that. It really takes from the experience

Loving these scents! Love using them anytime especially at night before going to bed.I will definitely purchase these again but will be searching for a larger amount. My favorite scent is Escape….fragrant is a beautiful warm woodsy scent!

AHH FINALLY! I got these as a Christmas gift and I was so excited to see how these worked out. I will give you a hint of what the 5 balms smelled like from my respective opinion. But if I were to put my favorite to least favorite, it would be: escape, happy, de-stress, focus, sleep well.Personal "HONEST" comments:HAPPY - the scent was kind lemony and citrusy and more on the sweet side. Even though this doesn't say sleep on it, this one ironically makes me more relaxed in a de-stressed, unbothered, than happy lol.FOCUS - this one had a very bitter/sour and mature hint for its scent, would be equivalent to biting right into ice cream and getting a brain freeze. Which would definitely explain why it's named focus is to make you wake up from a gloomy daydream, I get a sharp and awake sensation from using this.DE-STRESS - the scent felt more sweeter than the previous 2 when I first gave them each a try, it smells very much like pine or tree which indicates the soothing prescence of being surrounded by nature and taking walks like a fever dream (being an outdoorsy person). When smelled, it evoked a sense of excitement and adventurousness despite it saying 'de-stress'. Overall, pretty decent 👍ESCAPE - okay!! We're talking about candy when it comes to the scent. Omg this one smells too sweet (actually sweeter than the pine) the hints were giving tootsie roll, pumpkin spice-floral-soapy-daisy-vanilla-cinnamon armoma 😍🧁 Imagine if we are eating a cake or a dessert, sugar increases dopamine so that explains why this one feels so good to sniff! We escape this sadness because we are consumed by the aroma of the particular dessert. (Also this one makes me relaxed just like the happy one but I def escape too!!)SLEEP WELL - the scent that stood out to me was the lavendar, the purple color on the print also gave it away. When smelling it, it was hard because I had the other 4 all over my hands but I still got the oppurtunity to get the impact. So far I didn't really feel the mood. And I also tried this during my sleep and in those many nights where I was still up at 3 am, this one just could not do its job. I'm sorry, but instead it puts me more awake thus its better off being a perfume balm than an aromatherapy item. Sitll no matter how many times I try it, it never does something. The auroras are very pleasing and not overpowering. The balm goes on smoothly and I enjoy the effectiveness of the different herbal scents. I love the tin! The only thing I will do differently with my next purchase is the buy larger sizes for myself and more of these perfect sample packs as they will make great gifts!

Love these! I suffer from 20 years of abuse and am depressed and anxious daily. I usually practice mindfulness with a fidget, but I decided to try something that would work with smell. These are incredible! Each balm has a distinct smell that is lovely and not too powerful. I first applied the Be Happy balm to my pulse points (wrists and neck) and I instantly felt the effects. I was feeling depressed and anxious before applying this balm, but the smooth citrus blend started to make me feel better right away! This makes it easier to manage my depression. I’ve used all the other balms for studying, sleeping, and during stressful situations, and I had equally great results!

I love how the oils smell and the convenient tube. I just wish the fragrance of the oil would last longer. I can no longer smell it on my wrists after about 5-7 minutes after applying.

They smell great! Each one is about 1/3 the size of a chapstick. I realized how much I liked them when I found myself scrapping out the remainder of the balm when they were running out. De-stress, Escape, and Sleep are my favs. It’s was nice to try the majority of the different scents; the Love scent wasn’t included. It was also nice to travel with.

These are really tiny, but I carry them in my purse and use them as needed throughout the day. I would buy again for sure.
