Defective laptop
Ram is not working,it's showing blue screen in few minutes.Contacting call centre is a big task.Dont buy it online I suggest.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:People who are educated in computer hardware and software might know the importance of intel i7, 10 core, 5GHz processor. This one I got in 52789 in July 25 sale. I am happy with the purchase. Awaiting delivery and post that I will share the actual performance review.Update1 after using 1 month:Pros:1. Light weight2. Satisfactory battery backup (based on the apps used)3. Doesn’t heat4. Smooth and fast performance.Cons:1. Body feels cheap (Disappointing for the price, HP should definable think and improve it)2. Camera is at its worst quality.3. Charger is not type c but traditional round hole charger (Disappointing at this price and )4. Screen not visible from side angles.Suggestion: Recommended buy due the usability and performance.

Basic laptop for home use
This laptop is good for basic use. I did have initial problems with the warranty showing an early expiration date but the HP team helped me resolved it.Pros:1) It has a good screen size for those who prefer larger screen.2) It has a decent speed with multiple applications in use3) It does come with a Microsoft 365 for a year and Office 2024 basic desktop applications for lifetime. We need to visit Microsoft website and download the package for the desktop applicationsCons:1) It took me long to figure out how to resolve the warranty issue. They should have some inbuilt faq instead of a Google search2) The laptop does have heating issues if working for a long time. We need to keep it on a cooling pad or a desk. Hence, not recommended for high end professional usage3) Led screen would have been a better option at this price range4) Battery drains fast
