More of an orangey red, looking through, feels like ur in the apocalypse. (Like fire in the sky) Not a deep blood red; like hell. A deep red feels really primal, instinctive, and deep. I like deep red.This color of the glasses is chill, relaxes my mood before bed. And it makes my breathing slower cuz no alarming blue light is going into my eyes. I do sungaze and sun bathe in the morning without them cuz I need to absorb that energy. The hinges flex well and strong. The buid is a bit flimsy and light, but not bad. The structure, construct, and the ridge that goes above the nose holder, adds to that. Let alone, structure is sturdy, just not rock hard steel. Price is well expected. Magnification is. Way slighted zoomed out. So a higher Field Of View (FOV). Which is good because u want the opposite of tunnel vision and u can see more and feel more aware, cuz u are.

Red lense Glasses for the win
Comfortable for my wide face. Definitely been helping with the eye strain in the evening before I go to bed. Wear about an hr before bed and I go right to sleep. These are great and feel well built!

I like them
They look better than most and really do block blue. They do make everything you look at dark but I don't mind that.

Works great for sleep + great style.
Love the style! The red tone works amazing for blocking blue/green light and becoming sleepy by dark time. 4 stars instead of 5 only because they slip off easily when they are on top of the head and you look down (don't stay in hair well).

Finally a great night's sleep!
I'm shocked! I have circadian rhythm sleep disorder and haven't slept a full night for years. I wore these for 3 hours before going to sleep and slept a cozy 8 hours. It's a miracle.It does take a few minutes to get accustomed to how things look, but once I did it was a sea change in my mood and ability to sleep through the night.

Cool glasses and felt premium for the price. Unfortunately had to return mine bc my head is too big for the frames

Getting better sleep!!
Struggle with insomnia with hormonal fluctuations during my cycle and while my body is adjusting from a recent miscarriage. I also was struggling during my pregnancy to get good sleep. It’s been so difficult because if you’re not getting good sleep, you’re not getting good anything. I saw Gary Brecka talking about some red glasses he was trying to before bed and how helpful it was. I’ve personally experienced benefits from red light, so I decided to try these out. The fit is so comfortable, the sides can expand for wider heads, the eye coverage is so nice and most importantly they helped me sleep! They’re strong, but so soothing, I watch my drama love show with my husband or check my phone calendar/email and drift off pretty quickly lately. Absolutely love these.

Ridiculous gimmick
They are so red it’s hilarious, it’s definitely gonna help you with your electronics tonight because you’re not gonna be able to even use them because it’s so hard to see that you’re just gonna turn it off.If you wanna spend money just to return something go ahead and buy these, but you’re going to return them
