Bad product
Flimsy material, not durable at all. My hand hit it and broke very easily.

It works...
It works... It does what is is supposed to do. It blocks the Sun. However, it is made of the cheapest plastic and has a big gap on the top where the adhesive doesn't cover in the middle. This would be a 5 star if it could be modified for the angle of the dashboard and counsel. It almost sticks straight up now. It falls off easy.

Works Great
I love that it gives my gps ample shade. I battled keeping it stuck on with the tape supplied. The area to tape to the dash is extremely small. Eventually I used genuine 3M double surfed tape. But it would not stick to the device. So I used super glue on the device so it would attach to the 3M tape that was attached to the dash. Our car let lots of sun hit the gps but no more. This device has save us lots of frustration trying to see the gps.

Ford Sedan might want to look elsewhere
It might work with the CD mount IF your CD player is directly above your screen, otherwise you are stuck with a less than optimal mounting solution. First the instructions for the universal (non-CD slot) mount are pretty threadbare and you will need to orient the pieces carefully to make sure you get the brackets right side up and turned the right way. Dry fit it first!Second, due to the limitations of this mounting method the sticky tape will have top be applied directly to the edge of your screen. That means the top and sides of your screen will be covered by about a quarter inch that you can no longer access, and if you remove it I have no idea if the sticky tape will come off without permanent damage to the screen. This can't be avoided, but it is workable.Third though, the whole thing hangs in the brackets with two extremely tiny plastic nubs about a millimeter in diameter and 3mm long. It looks and feels pretty flimsy, although it hasn't broken yet.And fourth, if you get it set up absolutely perfect and it doesn't obstruct your view or your fingers, it is still just hanging on the two plastic nubs and will rattle and bounce unless you tape it down. If you hit it wrong you take a chance of knocking it out of the brackets, possibly breaking the nubs and making it useless, or at the least it will fall on the floor to be stepped on.Not ready for prime time. I gave it two stars because the idea has potential and you should be able to rig it up to work, but I would look for something better, especially at this price. I'm not disappointed enough to return it but I wouldn't bother with again either.-Bob, 2013 Taurus.

Worthless
Junk for $30. It doesn’t stay where you put it so it can’t work.It it did work it would look like crap on any vehicle that costs over $800
