Cutting Acrylic
Buy the 0-flutes for specifically cutting acrylic. The 3.175mm one give a nice clean cut with no melting and good chip evacuation. 2mm one produce a nice cut but had to experiment with speeds and feeds and on long and deep cuts they started to over heat. Not used the ball nose bits yet.I have also used the 0-flutes for cutting hardwood and epoxy and I'm very happy with the the results. At the moment they are my goto bits for most jobs

No problems after a few projects
They seem to be working fine, haven’t had any break yet and they have been cutting well 👍🏻(generally used at 1000mm/m at 10,000 rpm with 1.5mm cut depth)Update: use a calliper measure the exact width of cut as mine is 3.04mm. Still works perfectly fine but if you have 3.175 in you CAM program then cutting one part to fit in another will make this difference four times bigger (0.68mm).

Early days but appears to work really well on ABS sheet
I brought these to mill ABS sheet for model making. I tried various other burr tools that either clogged up or the ABS sheet chattered so much that it chipped even when trying to feed in very gently. When I first saw the set I was a bit apprehensive and the first attempt even with a light feed was a little unsettling because it sounded like it was chattering, but the results were excellent. No chipping and clogging. With a higher cutting speed I suspect the noise will reduce, but overall these cutters do appear to cut ABS sheet really well.

May be a good buy, but rather disappointed that there is no itemisation so I’m unsure of the type difference. Not good for a beginner like me!Fits my CNC machine - So I’ll perceive with them.

Very happy, Great for beginners
As the title suggests i am very new to cnc milling. Better yet i decided to work on aluminium as my first material after getting to grips on bits of card. i am happy with the finish, i know it could be better but that was my step over settings plus the fact its single flute the chips were great at the feeds and speeds i had. all in all a really good product. Didnt snap a single bit.In the photos are the single flute bits (2mm and 3.175mm) this was after milling my part and as you can see no chips or breaks. Very happy indeed
