Bright White & Sturdy
Overall excellent quality. The adhesive is very strong. The mailers have a nice glossy white finish on the outside. Shipping labels that don't stick well to corrugated boxes stick very well to these mailers.I used one mailer to create a template for stamping the brand name of my products to front face of the mailers. The ink drys in a reasonable amount of time with no smudging. I am able to stamp and gently stack the mailers on top of one another without any ink getting onto the back of the opposing mailer.Each mailer weighs 5.2 ounces which is 3.0 ounces more than when we ship with two sheets of 22-pt, 11" x 14" chipboard in a 12" x 15" poly bag. It costs more to ship these mailers but they are much faster to load, and look nicer.Valuemailers has this item packed well for shipping so the mailers arrive in perfect condition, and the Seller, Valuemailers, has been shipping same day.

Great Quality
I use these rigid envelopes to ship fragile adhesive strips that can not get bent or they can’t be applied properly. Use around 5-15 of these a week. Never had a complaint in the year I’ve been using these.

Not all sellers are the same...
Beware, not all the sellers are offering the same product. Normally I use ValueMailers, and have zero issues with their quality. However this time around I used UpakNship, and the quality is nowhere near as good. The weight of the card is less, but more annoyingly, the rip strip for the adhesive is flush with the actual adhesive; difficult to explain, but in reality it means you're picking away at the edge trying to pull the strip away, whereas with the ValueMailer ones the rip strip is longer than the envelope (as shown in the product image), so it's easy to grab. Might sound like a small issue, but when you're packing these 100 at a time, it's annoying, trust me!

They work
If you need to ship flat-ish things of this size in a semi-rigid container that offers maximum protection (short of an actual box), you can't do better than these mailers.
