After years of using everything elevated under the sun to feed and water my greyhounds, I was fed up. I saw this and after reading the reviews felt like it was the answer. It was! I bought the large. It holds my 30 lb bag of food easily. Instead of dumping the food out of the bag, I lay the bag in length wise, cut a hole in the side and scoop the food from there. I am sure I could get a 40 lb bag in there too. You could empty a lot more than 30 lbs of food inside, probably more than twice that if you wanted to get rid of the bag. It is see through so you can tell how much food you have left at a glance. The top has clamps that close it tightly so no dogs or critters can get in. It is easy to lift lid, bowls, water and all off the container, get the food I need, and put lid back on—without having to remove bowls or water. I use a stainless steel bucket for water instead of a bowl since I have a messy drinker. Some reviewers mentioned water getting in under the bowl. That doesn’t bother me and way better than on the floor. I put a folded up paper towel under the bucket to catch spills. You could use a cloth or small towel instead if your dog really splashes. This has cut way down on the messy floor, stores food out of the way, is so convenient and quick to feed and water my dog so I love it. Container and bowls sturdy and well made to last.

I have a 115 lb lab and was trying to find an elevated feeding station for her. I had considered a wooden one because they look so nice but shes a dog and always makes a mess when drinking water. I figured that the wood constantly getting wet would cause the product to not last long.I purchased this a few weeks ago and it is great. My dog loves it! I like the convenience of having the food stored right there, it is very easy to keep clean and the storage part is very air tight so no water in the food and the food stays fresh.

This is the only feeder you need for your dog and cat, all other feeder should disappear off the market. This feeder will save your life, your space, and your sanity. I am not joking because when I just have a bowl for food and water that my dog use, he would spill food and water everywhere, I would also need to have a different storage for the food which takes up space. Now its all in one, the food can storage inside the container while the top is the water and food bowl, easy to clean up, dog and cat have no problem getting to it, its the best thing ever. I have 95% less mess since I gotten this and saved me tons of space, I just pour a whole bag of food in there and thats it, its air tight seal to keep the food fresh, I promise you would not regard having this.

My main reason for purchase was as a storage container for our German Shepard's Chuck Noris' 30lbs of dry dog food. We were simply opening the bags and scooping from them to fill his bowl. Interestingly enough, he will only drink water or eat kibble in our bedroom. Yes, he's weird. I digress. I've been searching for awhile for the most economic approach, both space and cost-wise, to this issue. He has a habit of getting pissy and toppling his bowls when we don't bend to his will and play at 3am. This product just solved a butt-load of issues. We now can store his food entirely with room to spare, he can't topple the bowls (yet, at least), it fits existing bowls we already have, no more unsightly bag, and he can now eat and drink at his own level. I don't think he's overly thrilled with the last part. He enjoys breakfast in bed and will literally flop over and use his tongue to pick up the stray kibble, cuz, you know. Getting up is hard and stuff. Poor guy. But we love it! Next to find a 3 am ball thrower.

We purchased this in the large for our senior border collie mix who has had trouble getting down to eat and drink instantly. We haven't used the storage functionality yet, so I'm not sure how airtight it is or how easy it is to clean.We went for the lifted feeder with storage for the sheer fact that we didn't want our dog to get stuck under or knock the food over, and I wasn't sure if he would smash his paws into the metal stands. As an elevated feeder, this works perfectly. The bowls are easy to clean, and even when empty it's difficult to knock over. It's not too big, and when empty it's not heavy at all. The plastic storage is sturdy, and I didn't see any cracks. Our dog can now easily eat and drink, and that's worth all the money in the world.
