Fantastic comfort mattress, pretty dammed heavy and deep.Expensive but well made and well worth it.The £30 Haul away service for the old mattress (same size) DID not happen.The new mattress was lifted to upstairs bedroom by the guys, they DID NOT unwrap it and take away plastic and they would not take away the old one.....as it had not been ''prepared/wrapped''?There is nothing about this, in the info for haul away service...Even though we could of used the wrapper to cover the old mattress , they wanted to be away as they only have 15 minutes to deliver/remove and they were already behind schedule. I've had this mattress for around a year and a half and it's still as wonderfully comfortable as it was on day one. Every penny I paid for this was well worth it. A fantastic night's sleep every night. Don't hesitate.

I'm reviewing this mattress after one year of ownership. The mattress is great quality and after 1 year is still firm, with no indentations or dips where we sleep, and no roll towards the centre. The edges are also still firm, with no roll. The king mattress is extremely heavy, which two fit gym goers struggled to get up the stairs and even to turn from time to time. We have it on a base of straight wooden slats (no flex), and the mattress feels more firm than medium-firm. Because of that, it has changed how I sleep, it makes my hips ache if I sleep all night as I used to on my side and I have become more of a front sleeper now. To be fair, in this new sleeping position, I find the mattress very comfortable and get a good night's sleep. The mattress is very quiet, no noise from springs as you or your partner move. We find it far hotter than our old mattress, and no longer require an extra blanket at night in the winter. Price-wise, aim for sub-£500 in the sales (around Christmas). All in all, a very comfortable mattress that is wearing well, but it runs hot and is extremely heavy to lift.

This is the best mattress I’ve found so far. The price is reasonable, while being a proper supportive and comfortable ortho mattress. The mattress didn’t sink after nearly two years use.

This mattress arrived on the day, delivery persons were extremely polite/helpful/smiling through. i looked at several reviews before purchasing this brand/quality and to accommodate my needs. Whilst it is early days so far... i am extremely impressed. the mattress is firm, it feels/looks functions like a high ended market mattress. really impressed. yes it is little bit weighty, but worth it and totally practical i will re review after a year, but extremely satisfied with purchase and all round experience with this thanks

I bought this because it was firm mattress. I have a bit of arthritis in my neck and do have issues with my back sometimes so thought this would help with it having more support. Took a bit of getting use too going from a medium soft mattress but once I was used to it I found it was a good mattress. It's not rock hard but more firm. It's good cos you can sit on the edge of the bed cos the support is there.

This is indeed a firm mattress, the firmest I've owned, but it is as comfortable as ever I could have expected, given that I bought it for the almost-austere firmness that this high density of pocket springs delivers. It has given me the best nights of sleep and the least joint and back pain on waking that I have had for four years (that being 2/3 of the the time passsed since I had bought my previous retailer-branded pocket-sprung double mattress brand new).I am only 5' 2" tall and obviously old enough to have retired some years ago, so it was disappointing that delivery of the new double-mattress to the required room (an upstairs bedroom ) was not volunteered on the day, although that service is included in the price. I had firmly to ask the seemingly-reluctant 2-person team to do that for me, which they then did quite speedily after one of them had to ask his colleague to get out of their van help him.It seems a pity that the customer (me) has to remove and dispose of any old superseded mattress, there being no option to add this service at a price at check-out. This is the first time that I've bought so heavy an item from a vendor which doesn't offer 'removal and disposal' as an option at a price. I paid my local Council a further approximately 10% of the purchase price of the mattress to do that, after I'd dragged the mattress to the landing's balcony rail, tipped it so that it fell down through the stairwell into the hallway, and dragged it to the front door.Nonetheless, I am very pleased that I bought this mattress.

This is the second of these mattresses over a two year period. The first time they "failed to deliver and was returned to sender due to damage" so I had to pay more than the sale price to re-order. Same thing happened again this year during Black Friday sale. I'm not reordering this time at £100 more. Also have to say that the current one is a little lumpy and with pronounced dip after just 2 years. It's a very heavy mattress and doesn't have side handhold bits to lift it so that's always been a pain when changing the bedding too. I'll try another brand.
