Works great and identical to front blend door model
I replaced this on a 2004 Suburban. The rear a/c would stop working sometimes. I purchased this specifically because it said for rear blend door. I also purchased another brand for the front blend door. They both appear to be the same. Had it over a month now and continues to work great. Would recommend. Part looks identical to OEM and fits perfect.

I'm happy with supplier, shipment, and new rear blend door actuators for our 2001 Tahoe
I replaced both actuators into 2001 Chevy Tahoe and believe the one piece nylon main gear used in after market actuator fixes the bad OEM design of nylon gear press fit over metal center shaft. Installation takes effort to remove interior panels but actuators are easy to exchange and operation synced perfectly by following online searched recalibration method. Actual longevity will take time to see if it meets or exceeds OEM lasting 96k miles/19yrs.

Worked in my 2004 Yukon!
It worked in my 2004 Yukon. We had already replaced the Temperature control module. I now have A/C in the back. To be here best, I haven't checked to see if we also have heat back there. We are in the middle of heatwave. Cold a/c is a treat, though. 😁

Great value!
My new to me Tahoe had a bad actuator that sounded like a gremlin in the back! Ordered this and threw on the replacement only to find out that there are two and both were bad!Out came the phone...one click ordering... And two days later my gremlins problem is gone!

Installed and worked
Replaced my rear actuator and rear heat works now. Part fit fine and seems to work ok. Put everything back together again and time will tell if it was a good deal. Seems to be a good replacement part from a company in China that has good reviews.

Be prepared to pull off alot of panels just to get to it. But it works on my tahoe.

Worked for a short time
Ordered all three for this vehicle. Worked great for about a week or so. AC stops working after a few minutes. Don't know if it is the cheap product or what. Plan to go on with other replacement or buy better quality parts.
