Photos taken 2-3 months apart. I have added vitamin D3 5000 and this supplement, taken as directed, every day w/plenty of water throughout the day as well. Clearly results May vary, but I tell you….I’m shocked. My biggest pet peeve about supplements is the whole “take three tablets three times a day with meals”… yeah I’m not that gal. This is three tablets with a meal, one time a day, simple! Not only do I feel better BUT MY SKIN! My skin has cleared up, like night and day!!! I am on my third bottle.… the formula is easy on the system. My blood pressure is more consistent. I hope it works for you…. I believe in this company, their supplements are fantastic and it’s a blend so you don’t have 47 bottles on your nightstand. I don’t work for the company and I’m not being paid. I was hoping that1. “rice flour” was not part of filler ingredients.2. Form of calcium used is not quality: "Calcium Carbonate" is chalk.Besides the above two, they are on the right track. Adding a 3rd party validation with above changes would make it 5 stars. Might increase cost a little but worth the move.

All the supplements in this product are excellent for you. I was taking just about every ingredient separately at higher doses but I also cycle many of my supplements. These are some that I cycle, however now I don’t have to cycle off. I just decrease the dose, very convenient. Also the L-Arginine is one that I prefer to take in smaller doses. I have Afib and L-Arginine seems to increase my heart rate, at least at higher doses. This has just the right amount of L-Arginine for me. You can take too much of a good thing.This company makes a large variety of multi ingredient supplements that I like, so I’ll probably be adding a couple more to my regimen. Their line is so extensive that I can’t afford to add as many as I would like, but you have to be selective. There is such a thing as too much and I’m probably well over that line 🙂.but I feel great and have lost 40-50lbs over 3 years after being on a high protein diet in addition to my supplements.
