I never had a memory foam pillow up until now, and obviously this one stood out to me since i could adjust the filling to my liking. Im very much a thin pillow type of person so i probably removed a little less than half of the foam and its nice imo. Firmness can 100% be adjusted to your own liking though! However I am gonna give it a bit though before i decide if i want to order more for family, see if it holds up. I roll a lot in my sleep + im a side sleeper so pillows flatten quickly for me. I think i got enough foam here to make a solid 2 more pillows though, im kinda glad they stuff it as much as they do + give extra foam, means people who need thicker pillows can do so! Just be sure to re-fluff the pillow really well when you add/remove any foam to evenly disperse it, and the extra foam will be clumpy in the bag, so be sure to shred it well as you add it! Cant speak much on the cooling effect though, it does get *really* cool but also heats up just as quick if you're laying on it long enough, makes it a bit uncomfortable and i find myself flipping it pretty often in the middle of the night, however my room is also the warmest in the house so its not entirely the pillows fault. The case washes fine, however i double pillow cased mine due to me having a dog. There are hard bits in the foam, and thats honestly completely fine imo, i had quite a few in my pillow and its not exactly making it worse to sleep on, pretty sure its normal. Also be sure to be careful with the foam as you handle it, it will get everywhere and you might need to pick up bits off the floor, so if you have a pet that tears up pillows, this may not be for you for the mess alone.

Purchased this as an add-on to the two pillow set I’ve been using for about a year. These pillows provide the perfect amount of support and I love how easy it is to clean the covers. No issues or complaints and I will continue to choose this brand for the quality and affordability.

Surprisingly pleased at the firmness and adjustable quality of this pillow. When it arrived, it didn't seem like it would be comfortable at all, but you can add or remove filling and I stuffed mine fully and I've slept much better than I did with the 'normal' pillow (down alternative) I was using before.

Love the feeling of the cooling effect. It’s great that you can adjust the thickness to your own liking by adding or removing the Memory foam. The only problem I see is with the zipper.

The ability to add or remove memory foam to your preferred size, makes it easy to customize and make comfortable and supportive for YOU. The size is true, you won’t need to find new pillow cases. The cooling sensation can take a little getting used to, but it works!

The pillow is not at all what I expected. It's very dense and after removing some of the stuffing it didn't get any better very hard to sleep on. It made my neck and back issues worse.

Was fluffy and firm the first night . It's not memory foam. It's shedded batting that you would use in a stuffed animal
