OXO Good Grips Wiper Blade Squeegee

I use a squeegee on my shower walls and glass doors every day and have tried several varieties. This one is hands down the best. As a squeegee, it works very well to get an every swipe every time. It's also pretty wide so makes the job a bit easier with fewer wipes. The handle is also comfortable. It's easy to hold and doesn't slip out of my hand. The best feature, though, is the hook. For showers that don't hold a suction cup, it's difficult to find a way to hand these. The hook is flexible so can fit different sized pipes and also swivels. It's a seemingly small thing, but to easily hang this up and out of the way is very helpful. I bought a second one since I believe Oxo has changed this model. If so, buy this one--definitely the most functional squeegee I have found.

I have had this squeegee for over 5 years, so here’s what I noticed. It does its simple task well. We have a big family and it gets plenty of use. Exactly same condition as when I first purchased it, which is perfect. I’ve seen quite a few reviews criticizing its longevity of effectiveness in wiping away water. This appears to be more an issue with user’s technique or maybe their just having a bad day. Like I said, it works great and is still great. It’s not going to change your life, but it’s a no-brainer purchase.

Love this for the shower door. Small with a smooth “blade”. Does a great job and hangs from the shower caddy without falling.

Its OK. Doesn't do any better the the rubber one I replaced after many years of use. This one is about 2" smaller then the rubber squeegee I had. Like the hook on the handle.

These are perfect for wiping down shower glass. They are lightweight yet durable and they don't leave streaks or misses. I will continue to purchase these whenever they wear out.

This sqeegee has worked well in my renovated master bathroom for a full year of daily use. OXO is generally a fine product, and this is an example of that

I am more particular about squeegees than I am about any other cleaning product, probably because bad ones are so frustrating to use - streaks! missed spots! argh! - but a good one can make cleaning windows, showers and mirrors seem almost effortless. I have a frameless glass shower that must be spotless or else it looks terrible. I live in a hard water area, so that is a challenge. I had been using a double-bladed squeegee that I thought would work better because double blades. But the rubber was too hard to do a good job without constantly going over spots and the noise it made scared the dog. So to save my shower and my dog, I went on a squeegee hunt. My squeegee of choice is made in Italy by Ettore. I love Ettore squeegees, but I find that their's are too utilitarian to look nice in the shower. After nixing all of the squeegees in my local stores for being too hard or too ugly or both, I decided to try the OXO because the other OXO products I have seem to have a lot of thought put into them. The OXO has a very soft blade which means that it is forgiving if you don't exactly follow the edges perfectly and also that it does not scratch the water-sheeting coating on the glass. In fact the blade seems to be so delicate that I worry that it won't last terribly long. On the other hand, it does such a beautiful job and is so reasonably priced that I think it's a fair trade off for a blade that works so beautifully well. The tapered end has a swivel hook on it so that it can be hung almost anywhere without too much trouble. Bottom line: The best shower squeegee I have ever used.
