We are really happy with this bird feeder. It really does save so much seed, and is easy to fill and empty the seed in the base back into the feeder. Highly recommend!

Got my third one today. These are GREAT!! I have tried every bird feeder known to man in the World. None do what these do. These give birds of all sizes a steady platform to stand on but catch all spilled, dropped or kicked excess seed from dropping to the ground. No mess on ground below. Saves your seeds, no mess on the ground and easy fill up and cleaning of feeders. They work great. I have replaced all my old feeders for this kind. I have two hanging in trees and one hanging off my fence. (I take mine down at night but you don't have to). These are expensive but exceptionally well designed feeders that provide a steady feeding platform for small birds as well as big ones without the dropped seed waste below on the ground. Take a look at photo #1. That is following 1 day of feeding. The seeds in the circular base are the seeds that would have normally fallen to the ground with other feeders. That is a ton of potentially wasted seed, and explains why sunflowers use to sprout up through my lawn turf, but also who wants to make their home attractive to rats with a seed buffet on the ground. This feeder captures 100% of that wasted seed and allows one to recycle it back to the birds. I just completed my third purchase which will replace all my old feeders. The birds love them too. We are getting Finches, sparrows, Woodpeckers, Jays, Robins, Cardinals, black birds, morning doves and just this morning, a small flock of migrating woodland ducks that swooped in for a quick snack on their long journey. These are very easy to refill and clean too. Feeders are well made with quality materials. We rate A++!

I have got and returned two other bird feeders in the las couple of weeks because of the huge waste of food, but this one seems to be working very well, the tray definitely helps to reduce the waste and the birds seem to be getting used to it. I'll keep it

The birds don't come to this feeder like they did to my old one. I try to twist off the bottom of it to collect the fallen seed but it gets stuck and doesn't twist off. I finally had to spray the track with WD40.I'm thinking about returning it. I've had it for 1 week and I don't understand why some people are giving it a 5 star review.It seems like the birds are not able to get the seed. I mostly see pigeons and doves at it. The one thing I give it credit for is there's no seed on the ground to attack rodents.

No birds will come near it! Expensive waste! So disappointed because we have a lot of birds around and really wanted to attract them closer to us for viewing. I use shelled sunflower seed—costly but has always been the best food in other feeders we’ve used. Debating about returning this!

This product works as advertised and catches all the seeds. Have not had any issues with squirrels trying to get in, but I’m sure that will come with time after they get used to it. All that being said, this is so cheaply made it is rediculous the price they charge for it. One of the flimsiest feeders I have ever purchased. Time will tell how long it holds up
