I was frustrated with dandruff and redness on my scalp during ovulation due to hormones. I have used all kinds of shampoos for dandruff with no effect. I used to use the as I am dandruff shampoo and liked it, but did they change the ingredients? Obviously not the same as before. I was having trouble with dandruff again.My experience, shampoos for dandruff usually need to be used several times to be effective. But this shampoo worked after two washes. It does not have the unique chemical smell of dandruff shampoos and washes well. I will definitely continue to use this shampoo!Additional Information:I checked the ingredient list for this shampoo. It does not contain carcinogens! Piroctone olamine is an ingredient commonly used in anti-dandruff shampoos and has anti-fungal properties. Sodium Laureth Sulfate is an essential ingredient for removing sebum and dirt, and Dimethicone coats the hair surface to make it smooth and easy to run your fingers through and to prevent tangling, dryness, and friction damage. It serves to prevent flaking and friction damage. I feel that the distributor has thoughtfully formulated this product to function as a shampoo for dandruff.I think it is a safe product to use! First of I’ve tried more than 20 products and always have to go back to my prescription of Clobex because they don’t work. I keep trying because I hate using steroids. Also Clobex and many of the other products leave my hair feeling like straw. I have had this issue for 10+ years.So I see this product and think it won’t work but I have to at least try. First wash my head is so irritated so I’m giving the new shampoo a real test.1. It didn’t sting. I have scratches that most products sting. So I think this won’t work.2. My hair was squeaking it was so clean and it took me back to the days of being able to use real shampoo and getting a good clean. So I think on no this won’t work as normal shampoo really irritates me.3. My hair was so soft and even after the shower it was so manageable to comb. Most leave my hair like dry brittle straw. I think again this really won’t work. I normally can’t use any type of conditioning.So I fully expect this to be like all others and be a big failure. I was wrong. My hair was so manageable, so soft, no itching, the flaking greatly reduced and I fully expect the more I use the better it will get. But I’m flabbergasted really. The more I use it the more normal I feel, it’s encouraging.I’ll update again after using more than a few times but it works just like Clobex but no steroids, softer cleaner hair and cheaper.Now disclaimer what works for me won’t always work for somebody else those 20 other shampoo that I tried were recommended by other people. Everyone’s different but I can tell you I have tried so many with no results that it was almost depressing. Now I can finally get rid of my steroid shampoo and have normal manageable hair again.

This product is great for any scalp issues! I have had issues for many years and this is the first shampoo I have found that is actually working and clearing it up! I will definitely be purchasing again! Great value and a little goes a long way! It also does not dry my hair out and it soft after washing it.

My super-thick hair ha salways been prone to danfruff, and I've tried every affordable product on the market. Some work better than others, and some don't work at all. THIS ONE works really well, and is set at a great price-point. It puts the right kind of moisture into my scalp without encouraging any new dandruff formation, loosens and washes away existing dandruff, and helps curb the associatede itchiness. Letting the product sit for a few minutes to work its magic makes my scalp tingle! In the end, I have clean, shiny, flake-free hair that is sift and itch-free. Highly recommend!

The color of the product threw me off BUT that means you should never judge a product by the color but definitely what it can do! This product works. It made my dry skin come up and then product made my scalp much healthier! It leaves a minty feeling on your head that feels relaxing like a spa treatment! Definitely recommend for scalp issues!

Excellent product. Cleared up my scalp issues within 3 times of using. Has a pleasant scent. Would definitely buy again.

Works very well. Keep in mine u will see results after 5th wash. Twice a week works for me. And then every other week. But again it depends on your severity. For me works fine the way i did.
