If you like to use the distress inks I think these are unnecessary tool. They are excellent for blending.

Easy to use, cleans up nice.

They work well. I had to replace my old ones.

You get a LOT of replacement foam pads with these, and I like that you get two of the blending tools. The tools have velcro at the bottom that the pads stick to, so it's super easy to change them out. These might work better with stencils, but I tried them with my acrylic stamps. I had trouble getting enough ink on the stamps to make solid, clear impressions, but after some practice I at least got some decent stampings. I was also able to use these to get ink into some of the details that I always miss with the ink pad, and I didn't end up with any random edge marks, either - just the stamps themselves.

My wife says: I like these blending tools and pads a lot. They are well described in the listing. I was a little concerned when I first got them because many of the soft foam tips were somewhat smooshed but they blend beautifully and give a lovely smooth background. They are also great with stencils. I am happy to have ordered them.
