Rinse well!
It's BRILLIANT for dandruff. But dont leave it on for too long and make damn sure you rinse it very well. I learnt the hard way, if you leave it on for too long or you don't wash all of it away...you will itch like hell.

My hair feels soft. No need for conditioner and I have type c hair. Feels great when applied. Smells great too. Well packaged.Good quality and no strong odor.

The only shampoo that will give my scalp relief.
Probably the only shampoo that will help with my itchy and flaky scalp and keep it smooth and flake free for a few weeks.I use this as a treatment when my scalp has had enough. I am overly sensitive towards most other shampoos, conditioners and styling products and have tried most other products but this is the only one that will give me relief.It's not great on my curly hair and it will leave it a little dry BUT for me, it's worth it as it completely removes all irritation in one wash. Yes, that's how effective it is.I don't mind the scent of it either. It's just something I've gotten used to. After all, I think all of the other flowery shampoos are the ones that are irritating.

Average T-gel shampoo - (no different to their other ranges)
This "new" Tgel shampoo, which the only new part is an added ingredient) seems rather average for me.It claims to "stop itchyness" and "work from first use". I have used the orginal T-gel shampoos before and this seems no different at all. it DOES work but you need to use it twice a week for a month before any actual noticeable differences.Just make sure its FULLY washed out or it will leave your hair sticky and feeling "rough" but it DOES stop itchyness but only for 1-2 days. - it doesnt seem to actually CLEAN hair though as i used a normal shampoo between and you could tell difference.its average quality, and smells same as other tgel shampoos

Effective for dandruff, but drying
I tried Neutrogena T/Gel Scalp Relief Shampoo hoping for a stronger alternative to mainstream anti-dandruff shampoos. The 3% salicylic acid formula does help with flakiness and scalp buildup from the first few washes, which is great. However, I found it quite drying, both for my scalp and hair, so using a good conditioner afterward is a must. The scent is quite medicinal, which might not be for everyone. It’s definitely not like Head & Shoulders, as my hair specialist warned me against that too, but I wouldn’t use this daily due to the drying effect. A solid option for dandruff relief, but best used sparingly.
