Is this a rebranded version of the scarless md cream? they look the same...

This has worked for me, fading redness. Expensive, but worth it, IMO.

Does this help with mastectomy scars ?

I don’t know. I been using it since my surgery about 3 months now and my scars are still the same color

Will this product help with old scars?

If older then 1 year either laser or revision surgery is required

does this work on keloid hypo pigmented scars?

Hyperpigmented (Darker) scars we recommend using xscarHQ. If the scars are hypopigmented (lighter) then xscar original may help if the scar is less Then 6 mos old.
