So far so good - 3 great loaves of bread
I have used this bread machine three times since I received it - each time with good results. We are a household of two people - with an 11 year old granddaughter who stays weekends with us frequently. We found ourselves tossing out a lot of store bought bread because we just weren't using it fast enough. We tried freezing half a loaf of store bought but we didn't like the thawed results very well. I found a bread machine recipe book at my local thrift store which inspired me buy this machine. I went to the grocery story and bought bread flour and bread machine yeast. I had all other ingredients on hand: olive oil/butter, sugar, milk. It's a pretty simple recipe. The results were very good. The bread is delicious and just the right texture and color. The machine mixes very well. I really like the yeast dispenser - it is one of the reasons I purchased this model and it works great. Usage is simple. Add wet ingredients to bottom of bread pan, then dry. Add yeast to the dispenser. The machine does the rest and it does it well. I have been using the 1.5 lb loaf size and it is the perfect size for us. The smell of fresh baked bread in the house is amazing. I had a pot luck at work last week and I procrastinated in figuring out what to take. It was cold outside and I really didn't want to go to the store. I decided to make a loaf of bread and take some nice butter along. I had everything I needed at home. I had my doubts that my co-workers would be interested in a homemade loaf of bread and figured I would be bringing a whole loaf back home with me at the end of the day. NOPE! Everyone loved having fresh bread as an option. I got so many positive comments and several asked for my recipe. It was a hit! I brought home an empty pan, much to my husband's disappointment. So I made him a fresh loaf that evening and it came out nicely. See my photos. My only complaint is that the user manual is not user friendly. It has numerous typos as well which makes it seem cheap. If the manufacturer reads this review- I think you should invest in a person to make your manual more user friendly and check for typos, misspellings etc. Also, this is nitpicking, but the instruction manual says to weigh your ingredients. I did not weigh, I just measured and everything was great. When making your bread, you must choose the weight of your bread. I was making a 1.5 lb loaf, but the choices are 500g, 750g and 1000g. Being a child of the 1970s who resisted and did not learn the metric system, this threw me for a quick loop, but I asked Alexa for help and I ended up choosing 750g which worked well. I am quite pleased so far with this bread maker.

EUHOMY Bread Maker Machine – Honest Review
This bread maker is super easy to use, although I’m still in my learning phase. My main reason for buying it was to make homemade, healthier bread — specifically gluten-free bread with seeds. Even though it also has features for yogurt and jam, bread was my priority. I’m still having some trial-and-error moments while I get the hang of it, but honestly it has worked well for me. For a beginner, I’ve been able to use it without issues, and the bread quality comes out really good. The value for the money is adequate, especially if you’re starting out. Here are some tips if you’re planning to use it mainly for bread: • Gluten-free flour works, but it has a slightly metallic taste. That has more to do with the flour itself than with the bread maker. • Always add the liquids first, then the flour, and finally the baking soda or yeast. • I recommend mixing all the liquids together before pouring them in. If you add the egg and milk/water/buttermilk separately, the mix may not turn out evenly. • It helps to assist the machine with a rubber spatula, scraping the sides so no flour stays stuck without being kneaded. • My favorite bread so far is Soda Bread. It came out great, but I forgot to stir the bottom, so the butter stayed too concentrated there. • It comes with a recipe booklet that clearly explains recipes and timing depending on whether you’re making bread, cake, or something else. • There’s a compartment in the back for seeds or dried fruits. Just make sure you select the correct program so it releases them at the right time — otherwise, you can add them manually. • It’s very easy to clean, which I really appreciate. • One thing to note: I sometimes forget to remove the bottom paddle piece before it starts baking. I’m not sure if it’s better to remove it or not, but the good thing is that it comes out easily once the bread is done. Overall, I’m happy with it. You just need to spend a little time understanding which features work best depending on what you’re making.

I am now really a Breadwinner 😀
Using a break maker for first time. This was on offer thus I picked it. Overall good value for money. I have been using it almost for a month and forgot when I bought bread last time. Breads come out high quality, and most important kids love it, so it is a winner in our home. It takes approx 3 hours to cook a large one. Be careful with the measurement and follow exactly what the book suggest. The delay timer feature took a bit time to understand. If for first time just don't to any setting and try the 1 pound/0.5 kg option default it come with, you don't need to fiddle with buttons just hit start. Which I did, video uploaded. There is minor misprints in books like in Jam, but nothing you cannot catch. The book for ingredients is a life saver. The have also provided measuring cups and spoon. Follow it exactly and you won't go wrong. Do clean the kneader attachment everytime (rinse is ok) after taking out bread, to ensure they are smooth to work and take out, as dough may stick to it. Looks are great, stainless steel. But it is not too heavy, so we keep it in closet and take out almost every night for a making a fresh bread which is ready in the morning for kids and school lunch.

Good value
Updated Review I'm sorry to say I'm downgrading this bread maker to one star. I was a heavy bread maker user in the 1990s and early 2000s, and returned to using these machines around a year ago. I have made at least 100 loaves of bread in a machine, likely many more. I precisely follow recipes, weigh my ingredients, and check the dough ball during kneading. I usually get excellent results. This seller has several machines listed on the same product page. I'm specifically referring to the 25 in 1 machine that has the orange "confirm" button. This machine looks like a great value on the surface, as it offers features found on much more expensive machines, like a yeast and nut dispenser, 25 programs, and even a custom button where you can design your own program. My first loaf was a disaster, but I thought I "cracked the code" by making a 1.5-pound loaf and using active yeast instead of instant yeast, as my first loaf was tremendously overproofed. I was wrong. I tried making a 2-pound loaf with active yeast, and it also turned out to be an overproofed mess, completely inedible. Well, I spent the day making four loaves, trying this and that to get a decent loaf. My only partial success was making a 2-pound loaf using the 1.5-pound setting. That produced an edible loaf, but the crumb was still somewhat overproofed and slightly gummy. I woke up this morning realizing I was spending time and money on a new machine to make bread that was worse than the $6 thrift-store machine I already had. That was not a good realization. Sadly, I have tossed the box, so I can't return the machine. My bad, and an expensive mistake. Other issues with this machine: -The instructions are wholly inadequate. For instance, there is no listing of times for the various program stages. That would have been super helpful, as I could have used a custom setting and corrected the overproofing if I knew where to start. -The recipe guide repeats the same recipe and has both content and typo errors. -The nut dispenser unloads within minutes of the kneading cycle instead of towards the end of kneading. This makes it useless, and there is no "beep" to alert to manually add nuts/raisins. Since the manual doesn't list a timetable for the various bread-making stages, I can't even set an external timer to remind me to add ingredients manually. I believe that there are machines in this price range that do a better job. Perhaps that includes the other model on this product page, as there are a number of 5-star reviews by users. If I go through the trouble of making homemade bread, at least I want it to turn out. This machine can't do that consistently, hence my rating downgrade. ----------------- Original review: This inexpensive bread maker is loaded with features found on more expensive models. Not only does it have a ton of pre-programmed courses, you can also create your own course. Plus it has a variety of options to do partial operations, like make dough, ferment, and bake. Additionally, it has both an automatic yeast and a fruit/nut dispensers. The screen is very informative, but the print is tiny, so maker sure you have your reading glasses handy. I'm a gadget guy who has several bread makers. so I'm very familiar with them. I tried two reliable recipes that I have made many times. The first was for a 2 pound loaf with instant/bread machine yeast. That was a disaster (see first photo). The second was for a 1.5 pound loaf using active yeast. That one turned out just fine (see other two photos). I would definitely use active yeast, not instant/bread machine yeast in this machine. I also think that the 1.5 pound loaf is the way to go as you get more normal sized slices. What are the downsides? The instructions are terrible and the recipe guide is worse. It gives the exact same recipe with different titles such as "basic" and "low sugar." You will need to find your own recipes, but that is an easy search on the internet. Additionally, there are bread maker cookbooks from famous cookbook houses like Betty C and BH and G that generally work well with most bread makers. Good value, but I would suggest only using active (not instant) yeast.

Bread Machine numbers are off but makes great bread
This bread maker is good. The numbers that are associated with the different types of breads is off. You have to have some knowledge of of rising times, and mixing then figure out the right number. If you know that and pick the right cycle is great. The bread comes right out of the pan. There is a cycle for just mixing and kneading.

Eh. Not really sure about this. Dads not a fan.
My dad and I used it, we haven't fully figured it out. Have not yet successfully made bread in this. Never turns out right. Dads an old-fashioned baker and chef. It's quiet. But not that straightforward to figure out and we have misplaced the instructions 😂 Can't really give an accurate review of the bread. Since we haven't successfully made any good bread. Adding photos later. Will update the review in the future if we ever figure it out….
