Q: A number of reviewers have said this item doesn't fit their tub and it's not returnable. Seller, can you provide a detailed drawing with dimensions?

We had a new bathtub installed several years ago, and I thought it was a standard size. But when we received the shower chair, it was too wide for the bathtub. And the two wide part had to do with the loop that came down into the bathtub to hold a shower curtain. It didn’t fit. We have since donated it to a medical supply company for the disadvantaged. When I saw it wouldn’t fit I went to return it, but I was told that it was not able to be returned or refunded. The one I bought was on sale for $103, as opposed to another one that was 144. I thought I was getting a heck of a deal. When I couldn’t return it, it wasn’t such a good deal look very carefully at the listing down towards the bottom where it says eligible for refund or replacement. That only applies if it arrives damaged. If you are going to get one and want to try it, I would suggest paying $144 then if it doesn’t fit you can return it or get a refund. I don’t have the exact measurement between the inside of the chair and where the shower curtain groove is but it will take a pretty large bathtub.

Yes, the info says Seat to floor height: 17.5"-22.5" so it should fit just fine! I got this for my mom and it fit her tub perfectly and works great!

Q: What is the weight limit of the chair?

It clearly states in the description that it has a 300 pound capacity

Q: How wide must the tub be for this to fit? My tub is 23in ...will this work ???

My tub is 22 in and it fits good a little tight but it fits
