Took a Gamble but it Didn't Pay Off
I feel bad giving this product two stars, but it just doesn't work for me. It does nothing to curb my appetite, and worse, in the infrequent event where I actually miss taking it my hunger craving is twice as bad as before, which is a bad thing.Why do I give it two stars instead of one then? Because I got to find out Hoodia doesn't work for me for about half the price of most other brands.My recommendation is for you to try this supplement because if it doesn't work you aren't out that much money. I truly believe it works for some people. If it does work, I'm sure it could have a great effect on weight loss.

Great product
I have had a lot of luck with taking this product. Of course, I have been exercising too but this product has helped my craving for food and gives me tons of energy. I don't know if it's the pills or working out but even my husband noticed that I stay up later and just am not as tired. So, I know the pill is what has changed the most. I recommend!

Either Nothing works for me, or this product doesn't work
Well, I tried it. So glad that it helped lots of other people, but I wasted my money. I think the only way I am going to be able to lose weight it to be locked in a room with a treadmill and raw vegetable. LOL

Waste
My husband bought this but did not see any suppression in appetite. I think it is a total waste of money. Working out and watching your calories is the best way to lose weight.

I do get bad craving right before I start my period and I ...
I bought this product at Bed bath and beyond just because it was on sale and I was curious to try...I DIDNT exercised for the two days I took this product and I lost 2 lbs. of weight...I was 123 and now I am 121.I bought it not for loosing weight, but for appetite suppression...And it really works. The only stuff actually worked for me...I tried 5 HTP and it did help somewhat with sugar cravings, tried garcinia cambogia and was not very impressed, still had cravings...I do get bad craving right before I start my period and I bought this Hoodia max right at this time of the month and I am not craving sugar or anything that is unhealthy!!! Everybody is different, for me it worked awesome! So, I found it on Amazon and going to buy more, thank you for a great product.
