This backrest is excellent, almost like a chair. Excellent support and no strange smells. Puffed to full size right off. Non-itchy, good material, fuzzy and soft. I almost didn't order this because I did not know the upper pillow is removable for a more slanted support. But it is removable! Armrests sturdy and helpful. GOOD SIZE BACKREST. Big enough for sizeable guys.

I have been pleasantly surprised that this has held up so far. It has remained firm and retained its original shape. I ordered this after surgery and not being able to lie down flat in the bed. After about 60 days, although I can now lie flat, I still find myself throwing this on the bed some nights. I was initially worried because some reviews talked about the arms coming apart. I have had no issue with that, and I use it with about 3 pillows that push the arms apart and some nights I lay on the arms. When I use this for working from the bed or watching tv or reading from the bed, I like that I am not slouched down and that it sits almost straight up; even without it being propped up against anything! This has been a great investment, easy to carry with the handle up top, convenient pockets on each arm, and the grey color is just as pictured.

I just got this today and I already love it. Unlike most vacuum sealed products it arrived with no funny odor and proofed up to its normal size in no time at all. This was a great price for something so large and comfortable. I almost always have to sleep sitting up due to some health conditions and I can already tell this will be much better than my usual setup. It’s super comfy and plush which is very comfortably and also nice for lower back and neck pain. As someone who’s 5’4 I find it to be a great height. I will update if I run into any durability problems later.

While not ASTOUNDINGLY comfortable (due to the angle of the back rest and the positioning of the head cushion), this thing is pretty comfortable, and WAY better than any home made pillow propping I ever came up with on my own. Truly a pleasure to read in bed while feeling more like you’re actually in a chair. Very well constructed too. A solid “4”!

This is so comfortable and beautiful. I got the light grey ad it goes well with any decor. It immediately opened up and has deep pockets. It has perfect back and neck support for a petite person like myself under 5 feet. The neck pillow is positioned in a perfect spot and can be easily removed. Most important it's not too reclined so I am sitting in a comfortable upright position to type on my laptop. Love it !

Very comfy and sturdy. I love that the extra headrest pillow is removable. There's even little folding tabs to cover the velcro when not in use. I like to use it like a little lap pillow. Also, I'm 5'10" so I really like that the back is tall enough for me. And there's pockets!

Perfect for sitting in bed while reading a book. This pillow is comfortable and supportive. I can easily use it for an hour or more while reading or watching tv and with the small head rest pillow attached, my neck never gets sore. Once removed from the packaging, it took very little time to fluff up to size and there was no chemical smell from the packaging. I am so glad I purchased this!

Sooooo comfy and big . I’m 240 pounds and this thing holds me up perfectly fine. I have a chronic illness and I need support while siting . I was scared to purchase at first because of the price but it’s worth it .
