I broke my jaw this summer. This was not what I wanted to eat but it was good at keeping me alive while unable to eat food. Hint….one vanilla boost, 1/2 c plain or vanilla Greek yogurt, one banana. Blend great smoothie. No longer HAVE to drink it but still like it. Now I even add frozen strawberries or other fibrous fruits to change it up. Wasn’t a fan of the chocolate one…it’s got that cheap drug store Easter candy flavor. I only lost 37 lbs thanks to boost…it woulda lost closer 60 without it.
