EXCELLENT VALUE
I did a lot of research on Android Tablets before choosing this one. The features that put this tablet far ahead of most others in this price range are vital to performance and an overall satisfying user experience. The 10.4” size is pretty great for this price. The processor specs are top of class for this price range, and are the big feature that should be considered when buying a tablet. First, the 6GB system RAM means better performance with gaming apps. 6GB system RAM (vs. 4GB on other devices) makes this tablet more responsive and faster when using most apps. 64GB ROM (built-in storage) for installing more apps, for saving more photos and videos, and for downloading and storing more videos and music, not to mention an SD-card slot with a massive 2TB (Terabyte!!). That’s a huge amount of space. And for video viewing (and gaming), the screen resolution is a generous 2000x1200, which is higher than competing tablets in this price range. And the inclusion of GPS and 4G LTE sim slot for on-the-go data without having a Wi-Fi connection. If it seems like I’m gushing about this device, I am, and for good reason. I find myself using this tablet more often than my Apple iPad Pro. I have a lot of Android games and graphics apps, and this is my go-to device for them. Gameplay is smooth, and the higher display resolution makes this tablet a perfect way to create art with a stylus. For Android art apps, I now use this instead of my highend phone. For the price, I couldn’t find a better, higher-spec tablet than this. All my Amazon tablet research really paid off when I found this ALLDOCUBE iPlay50. I have no negative comments to make. This tablet works flawlessly for me. I do wish I could find a nice case for it, though.

Can't be beat for the money - a great value
For the price, this is an unbeatable tablet.Good for browsing and general use, this unit is snappy and works well without crashing. It can take a SIM and make calls and send texts using a phone number associated with a SIM as well as use mobile networks for data. The camera is not as sensitive as one might find in a Samsung, but at half the price and maybe for occasional use or in well-lit situations, it's more than good enough.Update post initial review:I figured out how to make the almost unreadable low contrast text appear in "outline" using the following feature:Settings > Accessibility> Text and Display, High Contrast text ONFirst picture is "normal" contrast. Second picture is "high" contrast. Of course they should have designed this correctly from the beginning and always used a font color contrasts with the background but neither are controllable in this machine. If you need a tablet for sitting around and reading or doing emails, zoom calls, and other general purpose tasks, this is as good as it gets for the price. Yes there is better but at what multiple in price?I put this unit in my RV to act as an add on to the panel. One last caveat - the text in the swipe from the top system settings is white on a light blue background and virtually unreadable. The symbols however are clear. As far as I can tell this is a significant oversight on the part of the developer which could/should be fixed in an upgrade but for now it's workable.UPDATE 2023-04I finally figured out how to get the settings buttons to display correct contrasting backgrounds. Unbelievable and certainly a bug. The problem happens if you restart the tablet with dark mode turned ON. The fix is to restart the tablet with dark mode turned OFF. To be sure one of the most bizarre problems I've seen.

Ten pounds in five pound package
This review is for the tablet(G99)/keyboard combo. First, let me say I have all variations of OS laptops/tablets except Apple. I also keep searching for the perfect one. None exists. My needs are 3/4's word processing and 1/4 web search.I bought the smaller Alldocube tablet a while back and it works great, better than the more expensive brands that I've owned, IMO.Now, for this purchase. I was skeptical but hopeful that it would do all that the ad said. If you use the combo in tablet mode (Android with keyboard input) it works fine. OTH, the PC mode (some sort of hybrid that mimics a laptop), good luck. I think this was aspirational function of the developers that hasn't reached beta level yet, but was put out there anyway. I honestly do not know what the advantage is or how it's supposed to work, but I can't get past the PC mode screen before the tablet goes into an endless loop. But one click, and you are back to the tablet mode. The keyboard is ok. I'm not a speed typer anyway. However, you do get the "nn" "cc" double letters sometime while typing. Also, the touchpad is a little limited in that it works fine but does not "click and highlight." Use the touchscreen for that. The advantage is a larger keyboard that 11" Chromebooks. I have big hands and smaller keyboards get crowded.Having said all of this, everything else is great. Size and weight is great. Screen is really bright and crisp. Keyboard is a good size. Connectivity is great. All the Android/MS Office apps work, it's fast, lots of storage and battery time is outstanding. The best part is the LTE capability, something that all other laptops do not have unless you do a special order version at a high price. When I received this tablet/keyboard version, I simply dropped in the SIM card from the smaller Alldocube and another 256gb SD card, and there it was, access to the cloud anywhere where this phone service without the need for "guest" wifi or hotspot. So, basically, I can accept the quirkiness of the tablet/keyboard combo for the all the functionality and size that it offers. Plus, all this for about $250 total. Compare that price/capability to any other laptop/tablet with Android 14, the large memory and CPU capability, the screen brightness and resolution, PLUS LTE, it doesn't exist. For me, it's not perfect but the other choice is nothing because of the cost. I should also add that the first tablet/keyboard combo I received there seemed to be an interface issue between the tablet and keyboard. Amazon replaced both tablet/keyboard within two days. The replacement works as I describe above.
