I ordered this trampoline 3x. Each time it came with only the green set of bungees—something is wrong with its posting on the site. The bounce was too soft for me as is, and not adjustable, as advertised. I returned the first two trampolines, as directed by Amazon. But I kept the third, because I knew that if I could just get my hands on the black bungees, it'd be perfect. (I wish BCAN would sell replacement bungees.) After extensive back and forth with very some very helpful BCAN customer service reps, the black bungees were provided and arrived today. I am THRILLED. It's an AWESOME trampoline, and I'm able to adjust the bounce so it's just right for me and whichever workouts I choose to do. Thank you, BCAN!! And thank you for your tolerance of my persistence. I am now a very satisfied customer.

You can pay more, it won't be better than this if it is even as good. We bought 2. The bungee straps are silent and there are two sets included for fine tuning the bounce to your weight. Solid welded legs. No squeaks, very sturdy. We bought the 48 inch size. We are not folding it up to put it away. We use ours everyday. These are fantastic! Excellent quality.

This rebounder has way more give than any of the other bcan rebounders. I am 5’4 and weigh 110 pounds. At my small size I am still able to bounce without feeling a jarring effect, like I do with all other bcan rebounders. This one is comfortable and doesn’t hurt my joints. My husband is 6’0 and weighs 200, with back issues. He also thinks this rebounder feels good on his back. He was unable to use the other bcans that we have tried. We have a 40 inch spring rebounder and we tried the 40 inch bungee. Even with removing several of the bungees, it was still WAY too firm for me to comfortably jump on. But this Soft Land Bcan is great.The assembly was easy. Unfortunately my box did not come with the directions, or the tool for putting the bungees on. However my 13 year old son managed to put them on just fine by himself. We did have to watch a video for directions though.This feels very durable. I think it will last for many years. Even with my children, ages 2, 8, 11, 13, and my husband and I all using it, it is holding up great. We’ve used it daily for about 2 months now.My only cons are that it is impossible to move through door ways without taking apart the whole handle system.And the mat that covers the springs has started rollling up. It no longer lays flat on the springs. Definitely an eye sore for me, but doesn’t change the jump quality. The pad was only covering about an inch or two of the bungees anyway!

Really well made rebounder, it took me a little while to put it together..I watch a YouTube video how to do this. I like that fact that it has black and green bungees to change out when you want a firmer jump

Purchased on 3/8 after having to return a previous brand because the bands came off within 7 days. This one was 3 times the price and was amazing when we got it. Very heavy duty. BUT in the last week SEVEN of the loops have torn right off of the jump mat. Mind you, this is being used by a 70 pound 12 year old who jumps while playing video games. It is rated for up to 560 pounds. Clearly however they are sewing the loops to the mat are either not done well or this was a faulty one. I was surprised to learn that this was no longer eligible for return or exchange as of 4/8. In the 8 plus years I have had prime I have NEVER had this short of a return window. That is one of the reasons I choose amazon, quick shipping and I have the time to make sure the item actually lives up to claims. I cannot find how to contact the seller so I am leaving this review in hopes they contact me. I really wanted to LOVE this trampoline. We are so disappointed.

I originally bout the standard BCAN rebounder but at 180lbs I found that the bounce was too firm for me and left my feet hurting. I did a lot of research and watched a lot of reviews and initially wanted the FitBounce Pro and whilst more expensive I didn’t mind. Then I saw this BCAN Soft Bounce and thought that it could give the same effect at a cheaper cost. Well let’s just say you get what you paid for. This seems to have the potential to be a great rebounder however the screws to install the frame are not locking as it becomes tight and not able to screw all the way. Picking out the bungees was easy based on the guide but it took me a whole hour trying to get the frame put together disassembling and switching the screws to see which works with which. If you have the extra funds invest in a preassembled rebounder to avoid the hassle. Will be returning.UPDATEI have updated my review to 3 stars because I have not used it as yet. I went ahead and cancelled the return as my friend was able to assemble the frame using other tools. Be mindful though that assembly may be a problem as it seems like the blue identifying paint on the screws may cause some resistance not sure. May come back and update one I have used it. But from standing on it the bounce is perfect for my weight.

Love the fact that I can adjust how hard or soft a bounce I want. I can run really hard and not hurt my joints.
