So happy with this purchase!
I absolutely love this board! I have a bad back,so traditional crunches often leave me with upper back and next pain the next day. With this board I am ableto work on my entire body without pain or re-injury. It’s easy to use and you feel results right away. It folds up and can fit right under the bed or in a closet with ease. I highly recommend this product!

What a workout
Item is not heavy, its easy to transport, if you have to. Set up is easy and switching out components is simple.. it does tend to slide during workout so I used a yoga mat to stop that from happening. I love my portable gym.

Love it but timer doesn’t work
I want to give it five stars but the timer doesn’t work that came with it…but other than that it works well and will kick your butt 😆😆

Worth the money

Not worth the money. Conveniently folds, but inconveniently the fold interrupts your processes!
Poor Quality. Yes, it folds in half but the fold causes interruption in the flow of your exercises. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller because they don’t give you enough time to try it and return it if you don’t like it.
