This is just wonderful. No added odd flavors. Just good smoke. A little goes a long way. I put this into and eye dropper bottle so I can get just the level I need in a dish. You can find those on Amazon easy enough. I got a pack of 12. Use them for flavor oils too. This smoke is good with beef, beans, many dishes. Dial it in. Don't go overboard to start. Liquid smoke can be kind of expensive and I find this stuff to be a fraction of the price of what I find in the store and it’s excellent. I use it constantly to flavor tofu like fake bacon. I’ve purchased it repeatedly.
