A Noticeable Difference
This product works very well for me. It has always been a challenge for me to find a good quality B-complex vitamin. Some have done little for me, or nothing noticeable anyway. This one is wonderful and a good price too.

Lord Jesus made me review one brand: B-complex is good for nervousness and helps us calm. What I noticed about this brand B-complex, whenever I take it gives me leg cramps and nerve pain. I am spiritual, so I prayed to the Lord Jesus to guide me on why I feel these things. There is an ingredient in this brand that my body did not like. I found out the truth; B6 helps us calm but also can aggravate the pain of those who suffer from arthritis and back problems. B6 came from plants or meat containing high purines. Purine makes the inflammation worse. I have to find another brand of B-complex vitamin that has a lower b6 content. Nowadays, people are more into profit. You have to look out for yourself and the people whom you love. The wise thing for me to do is research the ingredients of the product and where they came from. Then you will find out the root of it. For instance, I am allergic to soybean. A lot of the products contain soy. Manufacturers use it because it is cheaper. They do not understand soy has estrogen. Too much of it in our bodies will cause hormonal imbalance. You have to research on the internet, the side effect of hormonal imbalance. You will see the truth of why you have not been feeling good lately or gaining weight and hard to lose.
