I unboxed these headphones an hour ago and I'm already here writing a review; that's how stoked I am.I own a bunch of wireless headphones, but only the Poly 4320s and these Lenovos have UC/Teams certification. The Lenovos are cheaper and blow the Polys out of the water. Here's why I'm so into them:* Super low lag with the USB dongle. I'm blind and use a screen reader, so audio delay is a deal breaker. With the dongle, the lag is basically zip. (Bluetooth on its own isn't that low; still better than most, just not gamer grade.)* Crazy range. There's nowhere in my house these things cut out. I even walked out to the driveway; about two houses down, maybe 25m (80ft) from my office; and they still held up. The mic boom side seems to get better signal; spinning the headset so the boom pointed directly at my office got me a few extra meters. For comparison, all my other headsets (even the Poly) can barely make it to the bathroom 4 m away because my walls kill signals. These Lenovos even reach the back room where I need a Wi Fi extender and cell service dies. Same story on a quick Bluetooth only test; range was almost as good.* Dead simple setup. I just installed the Lenovo app, swapped the spoken prompts for beeps (nice voice, but I didn't want it during a meeting), and that was it. No firmware updates showing; looks like v3.5 is current. You can tweak EQ in the app, but that part isn't accessible with NVDA, my screen reader, so I skipped that test.* Solid mic + noise filtering. I cranked 200 watt speakers and the mic still picked up my voice fine; until I was right in front of the speakers (\~30 cm). Even then, moving the boom closer to my mouth fixed it. Tip: in crazy loud spots, pull the boom right up to your lips. It's short, so you'll probably wear the headset one ear on, one ear on your cheek.Cons* Mic boom is short; a bit more length would grab your voice even better in loud places.* Toggling mute isn't instant; about 500 ms to flip on/off, and the very first unmute after powering up takes \~3 s.* Ear fatigue after long sessions (typical on ear issue for me with most of headset). I slide them up on my head to ease the pressure; you lose some sound quality, but comfort wins.No idea why some folks dropped bad reviews; maybe they need to do a little troubleshooting. These have been flawless for me. Nobody paid me to write this, I hardly ever leave reviews, and almost never hand out 5 stars, but this headset totally earns it.Bottom line: you won't regret snagging these. I tried a bunch before landing on the right pair and wasn't sure I'd dig them; turns out I love them. If anything new pops up, I'll update this review.

So far the the only downside is that the delivery took a very long time, but so far the item was received in good condition...

The headsets are light, nice design and they’re able connect to 2 devices same time (cellphone and Laptop). Exceed expectations

I was excited to try them but very disappointed with the sound quality. Everything sounds robotic and crunchy. Not sure if these are defective. I tried charging them again and pairing again but it did not fix the issue.

Keeps disconnecting while i m on call tried the usb and bluetooth connections something js wrong with this piece maybe

Love this headset. Great battery. Clear sound. Easy set up.

Only used it once. Won’t get heavy use at all, but is very convenient for talking on a cell phone. Glad I bought it.

2nd update: I reached out to Amazon and they sent me a replacement unit. It's been a week and no random disconnects so crossing my fingers it was just a faulty unit. I really do like them.Update: the mic just started randomly disconnecting. Returning.Good mic noise cancellation. They are light but i have a big head and arent the most comfortable to use long hours. So far they exceeded my expectations.
