I wanted to love this because I know it can do wonders for reversing gray hair. I have read that it can cause liver damage in some people, so I pulled the capsule apart and dumped half out to start out small. After taking half a dose of this one time last night I already had pain in my liver area which never happens and it hasn’t gone away yet.I read up on it more and found that Fo-Ti is an MAOI which can cause serious issues if you eat the wrong foods while taking it! So while it may work for some it can be deadly for others. I’m only removing one star because it’s not the sellers fault that my body didn’t react well to this product but please DYOR before buying

Been using this for at least a year... it helps to bring your pigmentation back into your hair this less grey hairs.... I am in my 20's and started taking it after I saw a grey- no more has grown out since. I also have some to my aunt who's in her 55's and she has a lot of greys and is constantly having to dye her hair- this has helped her to go less often for root touch ups!
